Something about my business that always surprises people: I don’t have an assistant who manages

Something about my business that always surprises people: I don’t have an assistant who manages my calendar, or even a call scheduling link. Yes, common unwisdom says that the more successful and productive you are, the more you “need” these things. And…I obviously disagree. Reminds me of something I once heard Mark Cuban, the billionaire Shark Tank investor — so you know, a fairly successful guy — say on an interview: “I’ve always done email. I have emails going back 25 years. And it’s just like delete, delete, delete… I can just read the first paragraph and know…what to do next.” Which is why (at least up until that interview) he still didn’t need an assistant to answer messages for him or have a barrier between him and the rest of the world. I’m not comparing myself to Mark Cuban, but the point is this: There are the important things, which are few and far in between. And then, there’s everything else. But if you’re so “busy” you can’t handle the important things yourself, you’re most likely doing something wrong. There are exceptions of course, but not any I can think of right now. So most days, on my calendar? I have zero, well…anything. If it’s one of my rare “call days,” I have three calls, four max . So when something truly important does come up, I’ve got plenty of space to fit it in. And I definitely don’t need to worry about getting an assistant or software to help me be more “productive.” How am I able to do this? Because in the handful of hours per day I’m working on this business, I’m only doing a few things that truly matter. Everything else, I either “delete” (or to quote Cuban—“delete, delete, delete”), systematize, or delegate. Then, I’m “free” the rest of the day. Because I can never have enough time to play with silly Falco. And more seriously, I’ve got other businesses to build, hobbies to enjoy, and a life to live. Of course it took a lot more time in the beginning to build the “foundation” for all of this. But even back then, I was still able to skip a lot of the usual hoopla that most people get caught up in. Because no matter what stage you’re at, there really are only a few things that will make the biggest difference in getting you to where you want to be. If you want to learn what those things are for you , so you can grow faster while wasting less time on things that might seem important but don’t actually matter… Here’s what I’ve got for you depending on where you are in your business: If you’re starting out, and building a business to replace your 9-to-5: You can learn my personal strategy for doing it in the most efficient, effective way possible in this free training: [The 4-Step Formula I Used to Build My First Online Business and Replace My Salary BEFORE I Left my 9-5]( If you’re ready to grow your business while working less: You can learn the exact strategy I personally used to do that right here: “ [How to successfully create & sell your own online course for true financial freedom]( ” And, if you’re ready to scale to multiple 6- or 7-figures: I think you’ll appreciate my free mini-course: “ [How to Go from Hustling Coach/Course Creator to 7-Figure Business Owner.]( ”
