Some good news: Content creation is actually a lot simpler than most people make it out to be. And that’s coming from 10+ years of doing it myself. (As I like to joke, I’m a grandma in “online business” years. 😂) At the end of the day, the point of creating content is to grow your business. But where it can get a little confusing is in the HOW. Because there are actually two different - and somewhat mutually exclusive - ways that content can grow your business: There’s your content that grows your audience — by getting you more leads, subscribers, followers, and views. And then there’s your content that grows your sales . To be clear, a lot of content actually does a little of both, but most will drive one result much more than the other. The problem is, a lot of businesses are creating content that tries to do both — go “viral” and make sales — at the same time. Which is how they end up not being able to do either one that well. That’s why I did it a little differently than most: For my first few years - generating millions of dollars in sales - I focused 95%+ of my time and energy on creating just content to make more sales . Because like every new entrepreneur, I was also kind of busy growing the business, taking care of my clients, and building my products. So one piece a day is all I had the time and energy TO focus on. But by doing just that little bit each day, it added up much faster and more effectively than I could’ve imagined… ...150+ [Youtube videos]( ...700+ [Instagram posts]( ...200 [livestreams]( ...1,500+ emails …Not to mention countless interviews, media features, and guest blogs. All growing sales in the business. All because I focused on just one type of content. Plus, not only is it good for your bank account - but it’s also good for your sanity too. Because growing sales? Is a lot easier to learn and do than growing virality anyways. Take it from someone who used to need 3 hours to come up with EACH little piece of content: Two things helped me take that down to just 30 minutes or less of content creation time on average each day…while also having that content grow my business more than ever. Thing #1 is the realization I just shared in this email. And once I realized that, I was able to focus on Thing #2: Figuring out how to create sales-growing content quickly. So what does it take to be able to create sales-growing content, and quickly? I’ll break that down in tomorrow’s email!

Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
