I can't predict "what if," but I have a pretty good guess: Even though I was on the managerial track

I can't predict "what if," but I have a pretty good guess: Even though I was on the managerial track by the time I left corporate, I’m fairly certain I would have stalled out well below the top of that ladder. Mostly because I refused to play the “game.” Not saying this as a point of pride, although I am proud of my character. But more as a fault actually — sometimes I wish I was a bit more flexible in my thinking. Because it’s the same reason I don’t make the most of social media. And I know I’m far from alone. But it’s a tough choice — On one hand, yes, social media presents an incredible opportunity for your business. In my opinion, it’s the easiest way to get started and connect with potential clients — plus actually get clients despite weaker initial marketing and sales skills. It’s how I made my first six-figures online. And to this day, whenever I do bring myself back to social media for any consistent period, I see a directly correlated, and significant, bump in revenue. But on the other hand, sometimes it feels like such a waste of life . I’ll wrap my head around it and figure out a way that feels good…eventually. And of course, as always, I’ll share it once I do. But the reason this came up is because a private client recently asked me, “Is it possible in this day and age to build a personal brand and business without social media?” If you’re wondering that too, let me first caveat: It’s harder to do it without social media. You’ve got to hone your marketing and sales skills a lot more to get similar results sales and engagement wise. But if you’re someone who cares about building a solid foundation for your business anyways — and there’s nothing more solid and reliable than investing in yourself and building real skill — Then, the answer is, happily: Yes. Frankly, it’s why many of my private clients come to me. For help building the systems and strategies that will allow them to have a business free, or at least mostly free, from social media. And I tell them the same thing I’m going to tell you right now: You have to start with the right growth system. One that allows you to focus on simple value , no games. And in doing so, attract the highest-quality clients, who aren’t interested in playing games either. Deciding to figure out and then double down on this system is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made in this business. After all, it’s the reason why I’m now able to play hot and cold with social media, as I choose. If you feel the same way, here’s how I can help: You can learn more about the growth system — which is literally what I do and the cornerstone of my personal growth strategy — right here: [Watch a free masterclass explaining the system]( . Or if you already know you want to add this to your business: [Enroll in Clients Come to Me]( to get the full system with step-by-steps, templates, guides, and Q&A support. Or if you want us to do it FOR you: [Hire my team]( to do it all for you so you can continue growing without having to worry about a thing. (Your business does need to be at 6-figures or more in annual revenue for this option to be a good fit.)
