People love quoting Jeff Bezos’ take on standing out: “...what other people say about you

People (myself included) love quoting Jeff Bezos’ take on standing out: “[It’s]...what other people say about you when you’re not in the room.” You know the problem with this though? In the first place, people have to be thinking about you when you’re not “in the room”! Reminds me of a talk I once heard Shark Tank investor and FUBU founder Daymond John give. Specifically, his description of how hard Kris Jenner (the Kardashian matriarch) works. Paraphrasing from memory: “Every morning she goes into her office and asks, ‘What can I do to make sure we stay in the news for the next three days?’” Because she knows that attention is the ultimate currency. And being able to stay top of mind is what differentiates businesses that succeed from those that fail. Which, unfortunately, is a problem if you don’t like to rock the boat, don’t want to constantly star in news-worthy drama, and don’t have a naturally stand-out personality. (Like me.) Honestly, I just want to do great work, help others, and live my best life. But as an ex-boyfriend once told me casually, “That’s boring.” And even knowing he was trying to be cruel, I couldn’t help taking it to heart. Maybe I, my background, and my interests were too boring to be interesting… So how could I possibly stand out among all these cool personalities already dominating online? It didn’t help that about three years into building this business, a friend of mine confessed, “Before I got to know you, I was impressed (and a little intimidated) by your background. But I also felt like maybe you didn’t have much of a personality.” Ouch. Well, as you know, I’m not one to back down from a challenge. No matter what it took, I was going to figure out how to build my dream business, my way. While staying true to myself. So I started asking, What makes someone interesting — even Unforgettable — to others (online)? Turns out, there’s an entire art and science (literally) behind it. To summarize, it’s about crafting a presence that communicates who you are — but in a very specific way that conforms to how we human beings naturally think about and remember things. That includes knowing how to share your experiences in a way that actually connects with your audience and helps them relate to you and your business. Also key is being able to create a community so that people trust you and want to stick around. (And if you’re an introvert like me, the good news is: It doesn’t mean you have to be “on” all the time or head up your own Facebook group. There are many different ways to do this.) And last but definitely not least, it takes knowing how to bring together specific marketing elements so you can carve out your own online “territory,” no matter how crowded your industry is. Contrary to popular unwisdom, none of this is about how loud you are or how lucky you can get with the “going viral” lottery. Instead, there’s actually a formula for standing out and becoming Unforgettable. With the unforgettable business, income, impact, and life to match. The best part? It works no matter what you might be thinking about yourself — that you’re too introverted, people just don’t get you, or you don’t have the right “personality.” And inside Unforgettable, you’ll see how to craft the 4 elements of that formula for yourself: Element #1: You. In other words, how to communicate your personal power and uniqueness so that you naturally stand out. (Spoiler alert: Contrary to popular unwisdom, it has nothing to do with “just being yourself” or talking about how different you are.) Element #2: Your Presence. Including the 4 pillars to crafting an online presence so engaging it pulls your dream customers into “your world.” So they look out specifically for your updates and your products. Element #3: Your Community. So you make more sales while also creating a bigger impact, being respected as a leader, and feeling more fulfillment. (There are 3 key elements to doing this, and I break them all down for you inside Unforgettable.) Element #4: Your Products. In other words, how to monetize via Unforgettable products that you AND your dream clients believe in and love. Because they’re a natural, unique , and in integrity extension of you . (Including advanced concepts like your product positioning, fit, and opportunity.) Inside Unforgettable are 14 detailed lessons that break down all the pieces of this formula — along with detailed examples from my own business, “LZ Behind-the-Scenes,” for each element. So that you actually have a tangible blueprint to follow to create your own Unforgettable (and unforgettable profitable) online presence. To my knowledge, this is the first and only course of its kind. Where someone who’s actually built a massively profitable personal presence online, to the tune of 8-figures in sales — while being an introvert and having a “boring” personality to boot — breaks down exactly how they did it. So you have a tangible “formula” to follow and actual behind-the-scenes examples to learn from. None of that “just be yourself and you’ll naturally stand out” fluffy BS. (Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way.) So if you’re tired of not being seen , and not being recognized … And you know you’ve got SO MUCH to share… If only everyone else could see it… I created Unforgettable for you.
