One of the most powerful business strategies around: Simplification. In fact, it’s a common go-to when a business isn’t hitting its goals. Like with McDonald’s in the early 2000s. To turn sales around, they jumped into major “simplification” mode, simplifying everything from their: Product line-up, so they could focus on selling fewer products. To Operations, which led to greater efficiency and higher customer satisfaction. To Focus, by focusing on the few things their customers actually cared about — like having fewer menu items for easier decision-making, all-day food availability for more convenience, and healthier choices. In short? They simplified everything . Proving with their multi-billion dollar turnaround that simple really is best. Especially when it comes to sales. Not that this principle needed proving. It’s always been a truth embraced by the best of the best in business. Like Apple co-founder Steve Jobs: “That’s been one of my mantras – focus and simplicity. Simple can be harder than complex. You have to work hard to get your thinking clean to make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end because once you get there, you can move mountains.” And Jack Ma, billionaire founder of Alibaba: “Making money is very simple.” As well as the father of modern business management himself, Peter Drucker: “A well-managed factory is boring [AKA: simple]. Nothing exciting happens in it because the crises have been anticipated and have been converted into routine.” But of course, it’s not just about random simplification. The key is simplification by focusing on the right things. The things that matter. Which comes down to knowing - or rather learning, because this is a skill - what actually matters. That’s the skill I set out to figure out back in 2019, when I dramatically simplified my business model. Because I knew there had to be a simpler way to run a massively profitable business that you love. Since then, I’ve used what I figured out along the way to make millions, simply . And to help my private clients make millions more in the same way. So we don’t have to constantly (and exhaustingly) chase new strategies, and rework our entire businesses every year just because ad costs are increasing or because the algorithm has changed once again. If you want to create this for yourself, here are the 4 key areas that actually matter when it comes to sales: #1: Your Authenticity This isn’t woo-woo talk either. Studies have repeatedly shown others can sense when you’re not being authentic. (Think about it for yourself — don’t you get this weird feeling when you can sense that someone isn’t being completely real with you? How do you think that feeling affects your potential customers’ decision to buy?) To be able to be authentic in your selling, you have to: * Truly believe that what you’re selling is of service. (Which is why just repeating affirmations like “I’m being of service!” doesn’t work.) * Genuinely enjoy selling. (Take it from an introvert who was taught that selling is the WORST thing you can do — being able to enjoy selling is a skill that anyone can learn.) * And be able to authentically sell from a place of confidence — without guilt, imposter syndrome, fear of “being a fraud,” or perfection paralysis. (In my experience, this takes addressing the six different types of guilt that most of us are conditioned to feel about selling.) #2: Your Relationship Specifically: Your ability to develop relationships with your ideal clients - without having to talk to every single one. Knowing how to do this boils down to understanding messaging , including: * The three simple steps that will guarantee you make more sales than 95% of entrepreneurs. (This is not an exaggeration. I’m speaking from almost a decade of observation and experience.) * What it takes to NOT have to “persuade” or “convince” someone to buy from you. And instead, have your customers naturally — and simply — buy from your sales messaging. * The simple messaging “tweak” that can boost your engagement and help you make more sales right now. (This was the ONLY change I made to a promotion the second time I ran it. That second promotion drove five times the sales of the first promotion.) #3: Your Strategy Which boils down to understanding how to choose the right strategy for YOU. Including: * How to cut through the overwhelm and understand every strategy option available for an online service- and information- based business. Plus when and how to make the best use of each one — so you don’t waste time on the wrong strategy and are able to get the best results. * The best strategies for crossing over 6-figures, and then 7-figures. * How to set the perfect price as a part of your strategy — and make sales at whatever price point you choose. #4: Your Action In other words: Knowing what to do to make more sales, NOW. And how to fix it when things aren’t working. I’m not talking about complicated funnels or systems either. (There’s a time and place for those…but not when your goal is to first make more sales now.) Just simple, tried-and-true to-do’s…that work. Fast. And if you want to master all four? As I promised, I’ve laid out the four areas, including important specifics within each area, that are the key to your being able to make more sales, simply. But the reality is, as I always say: “Simple is not the same as easy.” In fact, far from it. And that’s why I’ve packaged everything I’ve figured out about making sales, simply , into my newest course. Which, by the way, is broken down into these exact four areas. To help you master each one — including all the details above and more. In the fastest, simplest way possible. So if you’re tired of overcomplication and of feeling overwhelmed trying to figure out which strategy is best for you — and you’re ready for the clarity, focus, and profitability that simplification done right can bring?
