I don’t remember a single lesson from French 101 at Princeton. But I do remember who I took it

I don’t remember a single lesson from French 101 at Princeton. But I do remember who I took it with. The first time I met her, we were partnered for a food vocabulary exercise — where we had to plan an entire meal in French. She went first: “Course #1: Amuse-bouche with goat-cheese panna cotta and [French word I didn’t know]...” Five impressively planned courses later, with many more terms I wouldn’t have understood even in English, it was my turn. Let me tell you — My um’s and ah’s, along with my basic 3-courser of salad, steak, and chocolate cake, had the teacher walking quietly away from our table and losing the delighted smile she’d held the entire time she’d been listening to Biz’s half. Biz, as in Biz Forbes , the youngest daughter of Forbes editor Steve Forbes — worth a cool $450 Million. Honestly, I didn’t even realize who she was until the end of the semester. But I didn’t need to know her last name to respect the breadth of knowledge and experience she brought — Not just to meal-planning, but to every other exercise we had. All while exuding quiet style, confidence, and respectfulness. When I finally realized what family she was a part of, my first thought was, “Oooh, that makes sense.” And my immediate second thought was, “So that’s what money can do.” As in… …Pay for exotic trips with your family so that by the time your kids are teenagers, they can speak intelligently about cultures and personal experiences all over the world. While remembering once-in-a-lifetime memories you created together. …Help you build that quiet confidence that comes from not needing the world to know how well-off you are, because you’re focused on living your life for yourself rather than for others’ opinions …Give you the resources to do, learn, be, and create anything you can dream of. Whether it’s to become a cultured traveler and polyglot or to create your own foundation. …Support you in pursuing your own goals, instead of having to do certain things (like take a job you don’t love) — or anything you don’t want — to make money. In other words… Making money a tool that supports and empowers you in creating the business and life you desire. So that it’s no longer the limiter. Now, a lucky few, like members of the Forbes family, are born into that. But for the rest of us, we’ve got to create it for ourselves. And if you’re ready to do that… To alter your relationship with money so you transform your business (and thus your life and the lives of your loved ones)… I’d love to help you. Knowing how crucial this piece is, I personally spent hundreds of thousands of dollars early on, studying with various multi-millionaires — just to learn how they think about money. Piecing together everything I observed, while also filling in the gaps — through trial and error and my own research into money mindset and energetics to understand the theory too — I reverse engineered what it takes to truly alter your relationship with money so you can create the business and life you want. In the process, I transformed my own business and life — becoming a millionaire who has a healthy, fruitful relationship with money. Now, here’s what I truly believe: I grew up in a family where $60,000 a year was almost more than you dared to even dream about. If I could transform my relationship — and thus my reality — with money, so can you. Which is why I’m so excited to share one of my best-selling courses ever, Self-Made , with you. If you’re ready to join the ranks of the entrepreneurial Self-Made, so that money is no longer the limiter, you can learn all about how right here: [luisazhou.com/self-made](
