Years ago I read something Tim Ferriss said, and it stuck with me. Paraphrasing from memory: “Sometimes I hesitate to recommend my favorite products. Because 2,000 new customers would break the business.” Think about it: What if you got 2,000 new customers today? Or even 200? Or even 20? Would you be able to handle it? Yesterday one of my private clients told me, “Even ten more would break my business!” Granted, a full book is a good problem to have. Plus, this client provides an extremely high-value service — we’re talking 6-figure plus contracts — for large corporations. So the team and delivery is a bit more complex than most coaching/course offers. But what we did next is applicable for anyone. We pulled up her calendar, used one of my favorite exercises that’s so simple and effective — yet not many people do, and cleared out / streamlined about 20% of her schedule. Whether you’re in the beginning stages of building your business journey or growing a 7-figure plus business, one thing stays the same… Your time is money. More specifically: Depending on how you use it, your time is an asset you can transmute into money in your bank account. Or money down the drain. But fortunately, in pretty much every case I’ve seen? You’ve got more time than you think. Take that client I just mentioned. She literally said to me right before we pulled up her calendar, “There’s no more room for improvement!” But getting time back isn’t about working more or becoming more productive. That’s where most people go down a rabbit hole…that only ends in burnout. What it IS about, is doing less. A LOT less. Like if you’re in the beginning stages of building your business. There’s only ONE thing you really, truly need to do — marketing, to get your name out there and connect with potential clients. As you grow, it’s about knowing what you actually need to provide to your clients…and what you don’t. Who you actually need to give your time to…and who you don’t. What actually drives your business forward…and what doesn’t. Most things that common unwisdom gets completely wrong. Which is why I created my DONE training series. Because from what I’ve seen working personally with over 1,000 clients plus having been around this circuit for close to a decade, my take on “getting things done” is little different from most. For example: I have very few calls on my calendar. Including at least two weeks every month where I have no calls. Most days, I’m “done” for the day before Falco’s afternoon walk. And my team is an A+ group I love, that doesn’t require “managing.” To get here, I used the same principles that allowed me to build my first online business even when I had a busy full-time job…and sometimes only twenty to thirty minutes a day to work on my business. The point being: You don’t need more time or productivity. Just a different understanding of how to get the most of the time you do have. If you want that, so you can work less and make more? Everything we just talked about, including that exercise that can clear up your schedule by 20% or more, is in my DONE training series. You can get all the details right here: [luisazhou.com/done](

Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
