In case you needed to hear it today: --------------------------------------------------------------- Good things take time. But that also doesnât mean you canât start getting results fast, either! --------------------------------------------------------------- Personally, learning to balance the two has been one of the hardest â but also most rewarding â parts of this journey. More importantly though, I think itâs a superpower that every successful entrepreneur has to master. Because all those stories you hear about people who are able to persevere until things come together? What most of those miss is a very important detail â the (relatively) small wins that give them just enough motivation to keep goingâ¦until they hit their big breakthrough. Take a former client of mine, B. As a highly credentialed relationship professor, sheâd found the world of online business by accident. And, to paraphrase her own words, sheâd kind of stumbled into making sales despite not really knowing what she was doing â mostly thanks to her hard-earned credentials. It wasnât a lot, but enough â a sale here from running some ads and another one there from her social media posts. Basically, she stumbled onto the key: In the beginning, youâve got to aim for fast. Because you only have a certain amount of time before you lose faith. Or give upâ¦at least temporarily. (This is why it took me almost three years of dipping my toes inâ¦then outâ¦then inâ¦then out, before fully diving into the online biz âwaters.â) The pay-off, for aiming for fast initially, is incredible: You realize whatâs possible, get some positive cash flow, and get the boost you need to keep at it so you ARE able to build the business and life of your dreams. But especially in the beginning, it takes a lot of hustle and âpushing.â Pushing for that first or next sale, and giving it all youâve got. So that you can essentially build enough momentum quickly to break through the âinertiaâ of your status quo. Now, back to B⦠The problem was, she wasnât making anywhere near enough to what she needed, not to mention what she wanted to make. So we worked first on building a system that automated her sales process. You gotta have that first. Then, we pushed her ads as far as they could take her in terms of profitability. This is when the focus shifts to âsteady.â Because once youâve picked the âlow-hanging fruit,â which is different for every person depending on your situation and strengths â like for some people itâs their network, others itâs social media, and still others itâs ads â you want to start thinking about the long-game. Too bad this isnât something most people talk about in this space. But really, isnât that the goal for most of us? To build a business, a massively profitable and valuable asset, that supports and fuels usâ¦for life? As always, Iâm going to honest: To do that requires putting a lot of pieces together. So itâs not just âone thing.â But one of the first pieces youâve gotta have is a way to consistently grow your audience, and thus business, steadily . As in, itâs consistent. But it also doesnât require you to hustle and push day in and day out. And instead, sets you up so that your clients come to you . For life. (At least as much as any one thing can do that.) You can learn about the best way to do this, at least in my opinion, and the way I personally use for LuisaZhou.com, right here: [luisazhou.com/growth]( Iâll leave you with this⦠A while after we wrapped up our coaching, I heard from B, confirming what Iâd recommended she focus on to make sure her business continues to grow, profitably and consistently, year after year: âWeâre doubling down on ads too. But
[thatâs](
[that being the strategy I share above] whatâs keeping us profitable.â ⨠Luisa Zhou PS - If you already know you want to add this foundation for growing your business: [Enroll in Clients Come to Me](
