The first time Stephen and I moved to a two-bedroom, it was a bit of a nightmare. On one hand, it was the biggest personal “uplevel” we’d ever done — and it was SUCH a big deal. But on the other hand, I now had to furnish more than twice the space of our previous apartment. Not to mention that for the first time ever, I had an entire room just for my work — so I had to got to design and furnish my office from scratch. The stakes were high too. Because, well… I tend to judge people based on their Zoom backgrounds. (Not proud of it, but just being honest.) For example, if you’re using a virtual background…what are you hiding? And if you have a gorgeous bookshelf with just a few decorations…where are your books? Bookshelves are for books! But I also didn’t want to keep showing the messy stacks I’d had on my own shelves for the last three years in my livestream and Youtube backgrounds. (I can only shake my head looking at those videos now. How did I think that was OK for a video background? I guess I was really walking my own talk of “good enough is good enough.”) Which gives you an idea of how the next six months went. Eventually, I settled on a gorgeous silver and gold painting I didn’t mind displaying on every video call. Especially since the dimensions fit perfectly in between my two bookshelves — which even though you could no longer see them, were now finally organized into neat rows held up by big steel bookends. But that was just one side of the room. It took me another month to settle on a new desk, wallpaper for the other side, and a stately leather armchair…which I then proceeded to NEVER sit on. (Because video calls aside, I prefer to hunch over my laptop while cross-legged on the living room sofa, next to Falco.) Not to mention a new dresser for the bigger bedroom. New clothes to fit into the bigger closets. (Wait…what…that wasn’t a necessity, you say?) New counter stools. More lighting. And I couldn’t just buy any old thing either — which is what we would’ve done if Stephen had had it his way. Having a home I love that truly feels like home , is really important to me. Plus, knowing we’d probably move quite a few more times meant I also needed to find pieces that could fit in a variety of future apartment layouts. Everything included, it was one of my biggest “engineering” projects to date. Which is why I was really dreading our latest move. I did NOT have it in me to do it all again. But less than a week in our new place, and we were DONE. Aside from a few pieces of furniture we’re waiting on, but even finding those took just a few days. So why was this time SO much easier and faster? Because we moved into another two-bedroom. Yes, bigger…but essentially the same rooms. Which meant that most of the research I’d done and pieces we’d invested in for the last apartment, could easily be rearranged and reused. Hard work does pay off! At least, when you focus it on the right things. Which is also why my own work building LZ Land gets easier and easier every year, while the business continues to grow. Because I have the same approach to business-building as I do to home-“building”… Do your research and invest in the RIGHT things the first time around. “Things” that can grow with you, and make your work easier and easier as you grow. Like SEO as a growth system. When done right, each article you write on your website is like an heirloom business piece that will live on for a VERY long time to come. Sure, you might need to “reupholster” it from time to time, like making some updates to keep the content fresh or make it work better for you. But that’s much simpler — not to mention faster and more profitable — than having to start from scratch every time. Like you have to do with most other growth methods. (Looking at you especially, social media and paid traffic.) The point is, SEO is one of the cornerstones to having a Freedom Business, where your business works for YOU instead of the other way around. And if you’d like to use it to grow your own Freedom Business, so that your work gets easier as you grow? And you continue to grow consistently? Here’s how I can help you… You can learn the exact system I used to go from zero to multiple six-figures within two years using just SEO alone — with the most peace of mind and highest profit margins of any traffic source I’ve ever used — right here: [Watch a free masterclass explaining the system]( . Or if you already know you want to add this to your business: [Enroll in Clients Come to Me]( to get the full system with step-by-steps, templates, guides, and Q&A support. Or if you want us to do it FOR you: [Hire my team]( to do it all for you so you can focus on doing what you love. (Your business does need to be at 6-figures or more in annual revenue for this option to be a good fit.) Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
