A super brief history of my business evolution: I started with coaching… Focused on group programs for a few years… Shifted to self-study courses… Added trainings where I had more to share that didn’t fit in the courses… And… Here we are—although it’s not the way most people usually do this kind of business. But here’s why this model makes the most sense for me : Why my flagship courses are on automated sales systems: >> They form the foundation for the business principles I teach. Not to mention they’re the foundation for my own business. That’s why I want them to be available whenever someone is ready to buy and use them. Plus, I didn’t put years of my life into creating the best products so they wouldn’t be able to help as many people as possible. >> It walks my talk—the idea that you have to “nurture” before you can dare try to sell anything being completely fear- and ego-based B.S. If your product can truly help people, why wouldn’t you let them know about it as soon as possible? Why my courses are open for enrollment only once a year: >> They teach the fundamental skills I believe are critical to succeeding with your own business. But these skills are always a work in progress so there’s less time sensitivity for when to offer them. Plus, when I open a course, I like to spend time teaching on that area as well. >> This way, I get to talk about different topics throughout the year, keeping things interesting for me and you. Which is also key—another one of my business beliefs. Why my trainings are always available for purchase: >> If you’re like me, you love learning and growing. The flip side as a teacher is that I always have more to share as a result. And I want to pass my continually growing experience on to those like me. >> Plus, I like to think of my trainings as discussions. Which can be held at any time. >> And because they’re less formal and not so organized step-by-step as compared to my courses, I get to write fun emails and talk about them whenever I want. Yet another of my business beliefs. All this being the result of my business beliefs, my personality, and my personal preferences. Emphasis on the word “my.” Point being: There’s no one way you “have” to do anything. If you focus on the fundamentals and developing your own skills, you can create your business any way you want. In alignment with your business beliefs, personality, and personal preferences…whatever they might be. To get my help with mastering those fundamentals so you can create the business you want, here are the different options I’ve got for you… If you’re starting out building a business to replace your 9-to-5: [The 4-Step Formula I Used to Build My Coaching Business and Replace My Salary BEFORE I Left my 9-5]( If you’re ready to go from 1-on-1 work to no longer trading time for money: [How to successfully create & sell your own online course for true financial freedom]( And, if you’re at 6-figures ready to scale to multiple 6- or 7-: [How to Go from Hustling Coach/Course Creator to 7-Figure Business Owner]( Luisa Zhou If you no longer wish to receive these emails, click here to [unsubscribe]( Zhou Ventures, Inc. 54 State Street, Ste 804 #5511 Albany, NY 12207
