It’s probably because Stephen and I are so different that we get along so well. Case in point: Putting up a huge wall decal that one and only time. (We learned our lesson after that.) And by huge, I mean huge . We’re talking about a massive tree with well over a hundred individual flowers and leaves. So here I am following the diagram to the letter for every.single.piece. That includes the exact placement, angle, and flower type. What can I say? I’m still an engineer at heart. Compare that to Stephen’s “process.” Also known as: smack on flowers wherever he feels like it and call it a day. Initially, we split the tree in half to each do our own thing. And then we checked in with each other about thirty minutes later. The result? My side had less done but looked immaculate. And his side had a lot more flowers, but...looked like a hot mess. So for the rest of the tree, we decided to join forces. I’d look at the diagram and tell him where to place a flower so he didn’t have to worry about the details. And he’d get me to loosen up by not necessarily having to place every single flower in its exactly perfect position. The result, according to a friend who saw it? “That’s fire.” Point is, whether you like to first go over the lines and then color perfectly inside them, like me; or whether you like to completely ignore the lines like Stephen; or somewhere in between? Having an outline makes your life a whole lot easier. That’s how I like to think of [Freedom Decoded]( . In it, I share ALL the outlines—the systems, team, numbers, finances, process, schedules, trackers, and documents—that run my Freedom Business. You can choose to follow them to the letter. Or, you can take what you want and modify it for yourself. That’s kind of the point. Once you have the tools, you get to choose how you use them to create the Freedom Business YOU want. Here are a few examples of how past private clients of mine have used them in various different ways: - A busy new mom chose to set up just a few simple systems so she could focus her very limited free time on getting clients. And as a result, went from zero to multiple five-figures in less than 6 months - A side-hustler with a demanding job used the trackers to fine tune the best use of the few hours he had outside of work, which helped him sell out his coaching package...while working his full-time job - A not-new coach whose monthly business income was very inconsistent focused on setting up processes that not only took her to consistent $10K+ months, but also let her have her biggest month ever while enjoying her wedding and honeymoon - A new coach streamlined her delivery process and made her first hire (smoothly and easily) so that she was able to cross six-figures in her first year, while decreasing her work time by over 20% Through Freedom Decoded, I’m laying out my own systems, processes, and tools—the exact same ones that helped these clients get their results—in a detailed course for you. So that you can take them, use them however you want, and get the results that you want. You can get it all right here with Freedom Decoded.
