Live update on my #1 problem right now… My latest TV binge: Only Murders in the Building. I won’t spoil anything for you, but if you’re a fan of murder mysteries - especially when they’re solved via the combo magic that is Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez…it’s a treat. Anyways, my email today is inspired by something they do as they’re solving their first mystery. Being the cool cats their characters are (this is funny if you watch the show), they drop podcast episodes to keep “people” updated on their progress. BUT…the danger with dropping episodes before you actually know the ending is that you have no idea where the content’s going to lead. Or if you’re unknowingly making a very public mistake. (Like accusing the wrong person of murder…multiple times.) So be it. That’s a risk I’m willing to take too. Because I’m knee deep in my own mystery right now… What the heck is going on with my opt-in software?? You know, just the very important piece of tech that collects emails and is a key part of my business. Long story short: About three weeks ago, the software stopped logging emails. But it still looks like it’s working so we didn’t catch the problem until just a few days ago. Of course though, per the norm for software companies apparently, their customer support team has been utterly unhelpful. The most common response we’ve gotten from their support is… “Can you check that this [test email] hasn’t been added to your list, right?” Nope. Still not working, guys. That’s kinda the point. Think we might have figured out what’s going on though. “We” being my amazing home team - shoutout to Amy (head of customer support), Laura (site designer), and back-end tech support (we use WP Guys). Not sure yet, but I should know by tomorrow’s email. (Or maybe not - thus the fun of sharing updates as you go.) What I do know for sure is that this little snafu has already cost us - conservatively - a few thousand leads. Let’s not even get into what that means for lost sales. But you know what? It happens. Plus, as soon as we fix this, which ideally will be any minute now, we’ll be right back to collecting emails from the people that come automatically to the website every single day. Not because of ads or social media. But because of the much more leveraged and scalable traffic strategy I’ve built over the last few years. I’ll be sharing a brand new free masterclass and opening enrollment for the new flagship course teaching every step of it, later this month. So if you’re into leveraged and scalable growth that could grow your business by hundreds to thousands of potential clients every month, you’re going to want to look out for it. Luisa Zhou PS - To take advantage of this strategy, you will want to have a proven offer and a few sales under your belt first. If you don’t have that yet, I’d recommend starting with my free masterclass on building your coaching business: [The 4-Step Formula I Used to Build My Coaching Business and Replace My Salary BEFORE I Left my 9-5](=) If more traffic isn’t a top priority right now, but transitioning off 1-on-1 work is: [How to successfully create & sell your own online course for true financial freedom]( And if you want more traffic but care even more about scaling your business as a whole to go from 6-figures ready to multiple 6- or 7-: [How to Go from Hustling Coach/Course Creator to 7-Figure Business Owner](=) [Facebook]( [YouTube]( [Instagram]( [Unsubscribe]( Zhou Ventures, Inc. Flesch reading score

Flesch reading score measures how complex a text is. The lower the score, the more difficult the text is to read. The Flesch readability score uses the average length of your sentences (measured by the number of words) and the average number of syllables per word in an equation to calculate the reading ease. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables. Usually, a reading ease score of 60-70 is considered acceptable/normal for web copy.
