What I did all day….very different from what I’d planned I REALLY wanted to get some work done yesterday. Because Holiday Monday + Stephen working = a productivity goldmine. I even had my list of things I was going to knock out. But after sending just two quick emails, I felt a headache kicking in. Noooooooo. Maybe it’ll go away if I ignore it. ‘Cause that usually works - lol. So I send one more email. And the headache gets worse. Then, I get another sign that this Monday is not meant to be a productive one: My trainer messages me that she’s stuck in traffic and won’t be able to make our session. Yesss!! I wasn’t going to cancel on her no matter how poorly I felt (never missed a session thankyouverymuch), but I’ll happily accept this gift. Maybe I’ll just hang out with Stephen until he has to go in for work. But, he gets a text…he has to go in a little earlier than planned. So we - Stephen, Falco, and I - walk him to work. (awwwww.) And because I’m not feeling well, Stephen treats me to my favorite “medicine”...sugar. First, he orders a chocolate cake pop from Starbucks. (So much chocolate goodness.) Then, we get an iced tea from Duane Reade. And last but definitely not least, he hunts down a vanilla ice cream cone from one of the ice cream trucks you can’t miss walking around Central Park in the summer. The sugar does help. Mission accomplished. So Falco and I wave goodbye to Stephen and amble back home for a well-deserved rest of the day off. And thus my high hopes for a productive Monday, to wrap up the new flagship course I’m rolling out later this month, were dashed…but I’m not mad about it. Because ironically, the course I wanted to work on is the reason I could afford to take the day off. Or, I guess more accurately, the topic of the course is the reason. Since for the last three to four years, it’s the strategy I’ve used to grow my audience automatically every day. Without ads, social media, or affiliates. That means ideal clients finding and coming to ME every day…no matter what I’m technically doing. Now, finally, I’m ready to teach it. (‘Cause you know I never teach anything until I’ve proven it until kingdom come and know it’s rock solid for you.) So, that’s all I’ll say for today. Because I think I feel my headache coming back. But if you’ve been struggling to grow your audience and wish there was a way to attract clients to you automatically… Well, you’re going to want to look out for the new flagship. Don’t worry…I’ll be teasing you plenty about it until then. :) Luisa Zhou PS - Maybe more traffic isn’t your top concern right now. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
