This will tell you a lot about how you’re currently running your business…and what you can

This will tell you a lot about how you’re currently running your business…and what you can do to grow a lot faster I just finished another Prince of Tennis rewatch on Netflix. Even though it’s based on an anime for kids, I always have a new insight every time I watch it. Like my latest takeaway: During one hard-fought match, the main character’s tennis team (let’s call them Team Offense…you’ll see why in a second) is up against a very strong competitor, which I’ll call Team Defense. At first, it looks like Team Defense has the upper hand, because they’ve done something seemingly smart… Each Defense team member has practiced plays specifically designed to overcome their Offense team opponent’s unique moves and strengths. So for the first round or two, it looks like Team Offense is going to get crushed. Because Team Defense has an answer for every one of their special plays and moves. Very soon though, our main team figures out what’s going on. So their coach tells them it’s time to showcase the next-level version of their unique moves, which they’ve been practicing in secret. And because their opponents have spent all their time practicing only for Team Offense’s up-until-now current moves, they’re completely unprepared to handle the new faster and stronger plays. All because Team Defense has been focused on just playing defense…while Team Offense has been focused on real growth. Trying to grow your business by focusing on productivity, or “brute forcing” your way through your to-do’s, is the business version of Team Defense’s mistake. And it’s the same reason why you might feel like you can never “catch up” or wonder how you can possibly grow your business to where you want when you’re already so overwhelmed trying to do everything already. So if you too prefer to play Offense over Defense… And prefer to actually grow your business instead of just spinning around on that endless hamster wheel of to-do’s… There’s a completely different way of managing and working in your business available to you. It’s a way that focuses on effectiveness over efficiency. On opportunity over to-do’s. And as a result, growth over productivity. But in a way that also means you end up working less…because the work you’re doing actually matters more. If you want to learn how to completely change the way you manage and work in your business… So you’re able to work less…and get better results… And finally, free yourself from an unending to-do list that consumes all your time and yet doesn’t grow your business that much… I’ll teach you how—which is the exact way I’ve worked in my business for the past 8+ years to produce unheard of growth and profit while working the least—in the upcoming DONE live trainings. Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
