You want to know whatâs missing from this list? "OMG your content is SO informational!" (Other variations include: "Your content is so professional!" "WOW, your wording is polished!" âHow much information you knowâ¦that was what convinced me!") And yet, unfortunately, those are kinds of things so many coaches and course creators end up focusing on. Itâs how most of us are taught to communicate at school and work, after all.
