Believe it or not, this has little to do with any specific strategy or tactic! (Which is why so many people get stuck hereâ¦because theyâre l {NAME}, The hardest working man I know⦠Got up at 4:30am every weekdayâwithout hitting the snooze button onceâfor thirty-something years. At his job, he handled the workload of three people (according to his manager). And after work, heâd come home, have dinner with his family, and then head to his âofficeâ to learn and study until usually after midnight. On Saturdays, heâd sleep in slightly, until about 6am, and wake up to make one of the two dishes (both noodles) he knew for the whole family. And Sundays, heâd wake everyone up with a last-call for laundry before he did the usual three loads. After which heâd head out to mow the lawn (when needed). Somehow, in between all of that, he also found the time to teach his two daughters math, chess, literature, geography, and history. As you mightâve guessed, Iâm talking about my dad. AKA: Who I learned my work ethic from. (Thanks Dad.) Which is why Iâll never be someone who doesnât work hard. BUT, and this is a very important âbutâ⦠Rarely is my working hard, âhard work.â If youâre like me, and you love to work, create, teach, grow, BUT⦠You also wish it didnât feel so âhard,â youâre going to love what Iâm about to share. Because when I first start working with a coaching client, usually 50% or more (not an exaggeration) of their time is taken up with things that donât move their business forward, make them feel miserable and doubtful, and as a result, make everything feel much harder than it has to be. And, believe it or not, this has little to do with any one strategy or tactic! Instead, here are the top 4 factors I usually see that make growing your business feel so âhardâ... #1. Ineffective time management and prioritization. Iâm not talking about productivity hereâfrankly, I believe that trying to be too productive is pointless and one of the fastest ways to burn out. What Iâm talking about is what happens when you donât know what to work on to move the needle forward, so you waste time working on things that arenât that important and on wondering what would be the best use of your time. Whatâs more, because you donât have a clear set of priorities or focus, itâs also easy to get overwhelmedâ¦and get even less done. #2. Inconsistency. This is one of the biggest differences between someone at 6-figures or less, and high multiple 6- to 7-figures. If you tend to stop and start thingsâbecause youâre hoping something will magically stick, and/or because youâre trying to do too many different things, and so not doing any of them particularly well or sustainably⦠Each time you do this, itâs like taking your foot off the pedal while biking uphill. You lose all the momentum youâve builtâ¦and you fall backwards. So the next time you pick up again, you have to start from ground zero. Which is why it feels like youâre doing all this work and making little to no progress. Because you arenât. #3. Perfectionism. Maybe you want to launch a new product or implement a new strategy, and youâve been saying it for years. BUT⦠You just canât seem to get to it. Because itâs not âreadyâ or âgood enoughâ yet. So youâve got to keep on overthinking it, working on it, and tweaking your current business until itâs âperfectâ enough for you to move on. Guess what though? Thereâs always room for improvement. So youâve just set yourself up for a literally endless to-do list. (The exception is if your current products or systems arenât stable enough for you to shift your focus. But thatâs still part of the same problem, just a different factorâfactor #1, to be specific.) #4. Slowness. This has nothing to do with not being smart enough or good enough. Iâm talking about the kind of slowness that happens when you donât have enough confidence, a clear focus, and/or donât know what youâre doing. (A bit blunt, but thatâs the truth.) As youâve probably heard, âMoney loves speed.â And itâs true. Think about this⦠What if it was easy and fun for you to create and sell a new product in a month or two? (And you knew you were going to make a lot of sales?) What if you could effortlessly create high-quality content, like emails, posts, and videos, in 30 minutes or less? (And you knew theyâd generate leads and profits?) What if you got an idea for a new partnership, strategy, or tactic, and could get it up and running successfully in less than a week? Because you knew what you were doing, were confident, and focused? How much âeasierâ would growing your business feel? Youâd still be working hard, but everything you did would be generating ROI for you and moving your business forward. NOT feeling like you were doing the same things over and over with no results. Thatâs the difference between working hard (which is awesome), and âhard workâ (which is a hard âno, thank youâ in my book.) So, whatâs next from ? Well, to solve any problem, first youâve got to identify the actual problem. Check. (We just did that :) Next, you get to decide what you want to do to solve it. And if you want a coach whoâll tell you exactly what to do and help you prioritize so you donât waste any more time (eliminating factor #1), hold you accountable (eliminating factor #2), tell you when itâs time to move on (eliminating factor #3), and show you how to grow your business faster than youâd thought possible (eliminating factor #4)... So that youâre able to create the kind of âeaseâ and results in your own business that lead to $30K, $50K, $100K, or more per month⦠[You can apply for my Coaching right here.]() Luisa [Facebook]( [YouTube]( [Instagram]( [Unsubscribe]( Zhou Ventures, Inc.
