You canât find this oh-so-unique contrast anywhere else. The sweetness of one of the most majestic properties ever designedâ¦combined with on {NAME}, Every time I walk by Central Park here in NYC, Iâm blown away by both the beauty of the vibrant greenery, and⦠The stink of about sixty horsesâ worth of manure. You never quite get used to the contrast. Now, itâs fairly easy to guess which carriage drivers are getting more business: The ones with the plainest carriages get the least business. The ones who put in a bit more effortâlike weaving flowers at the front of their rideâget a little more. And a fewâthe ones who get the most ridesâhave gone all out with a Cinderella-style carriage, lights wrapped around it, and matching plumes on their horses. So if I were in the business, can you guess what Iâd be doing? My answer: Not being a carriage driver. Because while you can make a bit more than the next carriage driver by putting in a bit more effort⦠At the end of the day, itâs still just a *bit* more. If I could choose, Iâd much rather be the one who owns the businessâthe brand, carriages, licenses, and so on. What do you think that personâs doing while the carriage drivers are working their butts off day in and day out? And if you thought I was going to say the driver with the most decked out carriage, guess what? Thatâs the same mistake most coaches and course creators make in their businesses too. Because if youâre stuck at $5K, $10K, or maybe even $20K a month, and canât seem to get past that⦠The problem isnât that what youâre doing isnât working. The actual problem? Is that youâre in the wrong business: Youâre in the business of being a coach or course creator (aka: where you have to do all the work, like a carriage driver, except your work is creating content, getting on sales calls, hustling to get clients, being on social media 24/7â¦well, you already know what Iâm talking about)... When what you most likely really want is to be in the business of owning your own business that sells coaching and courses. (And yes, this applies even if you personally provide coaching or create your own coursesâI do both.) The only way the former makes money is by workingâhustling to get clients, creating content non-stop, waiting for potential clients to drop by, and handling everythingâall the tech, customer support, scheduling, and payments themselves. The way the latter makes money? Doing whatever they wantâ¦because their business is doing the work to make the money. So of course you wonât be able to get past a certain income level as just a coach/course creator, because thereâs a limit to how much you can do. So how do we get you out of the business of being a âself-employedâ coach/course creator⦠And into the business of owning your coaching and/or course business? Thatâs the whole point of my EMPIRE coaching program. And doing this is why my coaching clients are able to⦠â¦Scale so quickly from $1K to $30K a month
â¦Finally break past $17K monthsâ¦to $70K months
