{NAME}, “I'm not a jack of all trades; I'm a master of many.” - Evel Knievel We’ll never know, but I have a suspicion that the famous daredevil known for his love of thrills and challenges as well as for his marketing savvy would have loved the world of online business. Not least because of his quote above. Why do I say that? Because of a crucial detail that most entrepreneurs miss: To succeed in this type of business, it’s not about mastering the one role of “entrepreneur.” Instead, you have to become the master of 4 separate trades: 1. Marketer In my EMPIRE coaching program, this is the skill we focus on first, because without your audience’s attention, nothing else matters. Your marketing repertoire must include: Your Signature Stories so your business speaks to your clients’ hearts and souls. Content that not only showcases your expertise but that also naturally teaches why your ideal client needs you. (This is the skill we often spend the most time developing because it doesn’t come naturally to most!) The ability to instantly step into that most powerful version of you - in your posts and on your livestreams - that has your ideal clients thinking, “I NEED to work with them.” 2. Salesperson As your marketing skills improve, so will the number of client inquiries you get. However, turning those inquiries into actual clients is a completely different skill. What’s more, in EMPIRE, we don’t just work on your sales skills. Even more importantly, we dig into what most sales coaches and courses miss: Your money stories - because we all have a tendency to project our stories onto others’ (which affects our ability to sell)... And your money beliefs - which, when unresolved, often cause entrepreneurs to unconsciously self-sabotage their sales. 3. Coach This is a skill that isn’t so much taught as gained through experience and observation. Experience that will naturally come through the clients you get. And observation that comes from getting coached by a powerful and experienced coach, like what you’ll get in EMPIRE. 4. CEO As your business grows, it’ll become more important for you to master this role -- especially if you want your business to keep on growing. This includes knowing your business numbers - cash in, cash out, profit, cost per lead, cost per sale, and customer lifetime value - to name just a few. It also means having the right systems in place for every aspect of your business, so that it runs like a machine. And last but not least, it means learning how to hire the right people for the right roles -- once you identify what those roles actually are. In other words, the strategies, system, and team that make your business a real business, not just a job where you’re the boss. This is what it takes to have consistent $10K+ months. If you’re not there yet, and want to be… Or if you’re tired of working, working, working, and still feeling stressed about your business, finances, and clients not being where you want them to be… Let’s see if my EMPIRE coaching program is a fit to help you hit those [consistent $20K+ (emphasis on the “+”) months](.
