Bet you won’t hear this from any other business owners... {NAME}, I have the worst sleep hygiene. And lately, that’s looked like watching TV until midnight. (Last night, it was a combination of Community, Mentalist, and Why Women Kill.) The problem is, I have to wake up at 6 am every morning. Because you can’t hit snooze on taking your dog out. So I’ve been coming back afterwards and napping until about 9 or 10. Except then that throws the rest of my day off, because I feel like I’m scrambling to catch up from a late start. Why don’t I just stop watching TV so late? I don’t know… I always tell myself I won’t watch anything tonight, and then I just can’t fall asleep. So then “of course” I have to turn on that iPad.
