A few lessons from 4 solo launches that broke all the rules and brought in well over 4 million dolla

A few lessons from 4 solo launches that broke all the rules and brought in well over 4 million dollars in sales... {NAME}, In the first 4 years of my business, I ran 4 solo launches that broke all the rules. No affiliates. Not a massive email list by any means. No established “reputation.” Each of those launches drove close to 7-figures in sales. And counting back-end sales, brought in well over 4 million dollars. Here are a few lessons I learned along the way: People really don’t care how fancy you or your business look.I never did the fancy videos, hair, lighting or makeup. And people loved it. They loved it even more because I spent my time and resources on getting to know them and actually talking to them instead. There’s nothing better than a launch for establishing your business. If I had to name just one thing that took me from new coach to where I am now, it would be launches. They established a rock-solid foundation for my audience, testimonials, relationships, reputation, and revenue. Nothing beats the fun and energy of a live launch.Yes, they are a lot of work. But when done right, you also get so many people paying attention to you, connecting with you, and wanting to buy from you. Plus, being IN it, creating, connecting, selling...that’s pure joy, energy, and momentum. It takes as much time as you give yourself. My first $800,000 launch, I basically created as I went along. That included writing each email the morning of and not having my sales page done until the morning of cart open. My next launch, I started preparing for it months in advance. Both got done in the amount of time I gave myself. There’s always a way to turn a launch around. (As long as your offer is solid.)Some launches, the cart-open day alone was 6-figures. Other times, it looked like the launch was going to flop. The reason the end results all crushed it was because there are infinite ways to turn a launch around, as long as your offer is solid. In the last few years, I’ve stopped running live launches, simply because my launches grew my business to a point where I don’t have to. So now I can focus on creating even more courses and content as my business continues to grow. All because of the business *house* that my launches built. I haven’t stopped helping my clients create spectacular launches though, which leads me to a special one-time offer if you want my help creating your first or next launch... Ultimate Course Launch Co-creation Intensive Where I will help you co-create every aspect of your launch: That includes your offer, challenge launch, webinar, sales page, social media posts, sales emails, sales boosters, and ads (if applicable). Here’s how it’ll work: - We’ll have a 2-hour private session where I will map out your launch schedule, marketing angles, sales suggestions, and more. I’ll also map out a to-do list and calendar for you to get the most out of our intensive. - (Before our call, you’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire sharing all your business info so I can brainstorm beforehand) - After our call, you’ll have 4 weeks of private email support from me so you can send me all your launch material as you create it (following the schedule and to-do’s we plan out for you during the call). I will review everything and give you feedback, essentially co-creating with you In a nutshell: If you do the work and follow the plan, you’ll walk away with a brilliant launch plan, most or all of your launch done, and marketing and sales assets you’ll be able to use forever. Now, this is NOT for everyone: - You have to have an existing business where you’ve done at least 5-figures in sales. So you know your audience and the basics of marketing and sales. - You must be prepared for 4 weeks of work - And of course, you have to believe that the investment for all of this is a ridiculously amazing value. The investment is $5,500. No payment plan. No refunds or guarantees. This is not for everyone. Or even most people. The truth is, my private coaching is expensive. So I wanted to offer something at a much lower price point to help a few badasses crush it. But you have to be cool and willing to do the work so that this is fun, enjoyable, and profitable for both of us. I also only have a handful of spots so it’ll be first come first served. If you want this, hit reply and let me know: - Tell me a little about your business - What’s your current revenue? - What’s the course or group program you’d want to be creating/launching? - Have you launched it before or is it new? - What’s your current audience size? - Why do you want to work with me, specifically, on this? If it feels like a good fit, I’ll send you a payment form, welcome questionnaire, and calendar to schedule your call with me. Then, be prepared for an epic month.
