{NAME}, One thing that has become crystal-clear through this Covid craziness is which businesses are thriving and which ones are struggling. Chris and I have been monitoring across our 600 plus agencies and consultants what's working and what's not. Who's happy to continue to pay for marketing and who isn't. What we are seeing though, are some really big shifts in the world that will offer up huge opportunities even as we move out of the shut down. (I'll discuss the really big ones in coming emails). Most Agencies and consultants have lost clients in the past few weeks and it'll get worse before it gets better! But right now we have to keep moving forward. So which are the ones you should be targeting right now? Which ones are proving to be recession proof in a sense. One of the industries that has emerged as thriving right now is the trade related niches. (depending where you are and how locked down you are). With everyone stuck at home all the time, people are noticing all the things wrong around their house. Just this week we've had a lot of rain here and had to get my local plumber out for some roofing and storm water issues. My local guy is a pretty smart operator who is well connected to a lot of local industries. He made some interesting comments.... He said if I was in your shoes Andy doing what you guys do, I would be focusing on clients who do the things that people can't or won't do themselves. Things like the more difficult plumbing jobs, electrical and roofing for example. He had some very interesting insights into who's hot right now. So what Chris and I are doing is looking for great offers you can use to land these guys. Offers that are ready to go for the right niches with all the important stuff done for you. Something that you can quickly implement that's very cost effective. The first one we've been checking out is right on point and is converting consistently throughout the current situation. I'll have the details on it tomorrow so look out for the email then. Be safe!
