So done with winter? Wake up your tastebuds now. Sunday Recipe Inspiration with PJ Batch 432 OK, Old

So done with winter? Wake up your tastebuds now. [logo]( Sunday Recipe Inspiration with PJ Batch 432 [Stuffed Rye Pretzel Buns]( OK, Old Man Winter, I've had it. I realize some areas of the country — Hey there, SoCal! — never experience much in the way of traditional winter weather. And you folks down South are already feeling spring. But many of us Northerners are still slogging through the slush waiting for that first robin or crocus or breath of warm air to appear. And yet — the birds have suddenly changed their tune: literally. The subdued winter chirping of chickadees is now a morning symphony of lovesick jays, mockingbirds, and cardinals. The sun rises before 7 a.m., its heat growing stronger by the day. And feeling hopeful, I'm putting away my winter bread recipes and searching our site for something exciting: boldly flavored breads I can bake and share with my equally winter-weary friends. Here's what I've come up with: an assortment of buns and rolls stuffed and infused with spicy pepperoni and nutty tahini, with smoky bacon and roasted tomatoes and beer(!). And cheese: lots and lots of cheese, from feta and Jack to cheddar and mozzarella. Ready to break out of your winter baking doldrums? Try these bold rolls. And I'm not your only arbiter of taste here; our readers clearly love these breads as well! [Stuffed Rye Pretzel Buns]( Think chewy pretzel texture, [rye]( flavor, and your favorite savory filling topped with beer-infused sharp cheddar cheese sauce. Think YUM. PJ in Massachusetts (yeah, that's me): "As the buns bake the cheese sauce on top oozes down into my filling of choice: crispy thick-cut bacon and caramelized onions. These are simply irresistible." [Tahini Brioche]( Nutty roasted sesame tahini adds another pleasing element to the luxurious texture and buttery flavor of these soft brioche buns. Sarah in Nevada: "In the words of my husband: 'Wow. Insane. Best thing you ever made.'" [Pizza Party Buns]( Cheese, marinara, and pepperoni: the classic flavors of American-style pizza all rolled up in a soft-crusty bun, perfect for grab and go. Cas in New York: "Outstanding recipe. I can't tell you how many I ate, embarrassing!" [Flower Poğaça Rolls]( Briny, flavorful feta and fresh parsley fill the center of these pretty flower-shaped rolls, a traditional breakfast in Turkey. Mona in Canada: "Perfect! That dough — WOW! I made these three times in three days and changed up the fillings. Yum!" [Pani Popo Samoan Coconut Buns]( Craving something sweet and sticky? These super-soft, buttery buns, baked in a bath of sweetened coconut milk, elevate breakfast to new heights. Brenda in Florida: "Anything coconut has to be good — but these are fabulous! This is my favorite KA recipe."
