Let’s go 2022! 2021 is in the books, all closed trades can be seen in my . Open positions I car

Let’s go 2022! [How to learn trading psychology without a psychologist!]( Is this huge TV better than multi-monitor trading setups?]( 2021 is in the books, all closed trades can be seen in my [journal](. Open positions I carried into 2022 can be found there too. Remember, in 2022, Connect the Dots will be written and emailed to you, versus live training. I believe this will save all of you a lot of time each week and allow you to use the comments section for Q&A. [Open positions]( a general thesis headed into the week, both the IWM (penny stock index) and QQQ (tech stock index) look good to me. Anything can change between Sunday and Monday but if the IWM is >$221 and QQQ is >$395, I’ll be aggressive to start the year. PENNY STOCKS ON WATCH For penny stocks, as a general rule, I’m swing trading these so 1-2 weeks looking for 5-20%, rinse and repeat so long as there’s still range in the trade. MRAI >$4.11 or -1 ATR and I think it tests +1 ATR again soon. Breakout levels ot watch are low $5’s and low $6’s. FUBO is a little higher priced but it’s a j-hook and >$15 there’s good range to low $20’s for a swing. I also think the January effect could help the bid. THRN was a fun trade last week and I want to look at it again in the $5.80’s around -1 ATR. Ultimately the range to $7+ interests me. PRPL from $8’s to $14’s recently was fun and I think there’s gap recovery here to $18’s I’m looking for entry around $12.50 or the mean (dotted line). CPOP is a Fibonacci trade idea I’m watching and was popping last week. If it’s>$3.20 I’m interested to see if it tests a $4’s breakout. IPW is another January effect stock I like and it has nice range to the upper $3’s if it works. $2.20’s is what I’m watching or -1 ATR for entry. Connect the Dots: [I encourage you to ask any questions about the options watch list here](. OPTIONS ON WATCH When I trade options I’m generally a buyer so Calls and on the bigger names, I also like to sell Put spreads to collect theta decay. I tend to buy Calls 8-10 weeks out, but try to cash them in as soon as possible, so like the penny stocks, they are mostly swings of 1-2 weeks. PENN is a stock I like and January effect play. If this holds the mean (dotted line) then I’m interested to see if it hits $60’s soon. $50 Calls are what I’m thinking. PTON is not only a j-hook but also January effect. I’m interested in the $35 Calls assuming overall markets aren’t too bearish to start the year. BABA has been beaten up by China regulation but it’s still one of my favorite large caps. If it’s >$116 or -1 ATR I’m interested in buying Calls and selling a Put spread. FB wouldn’t shock me if it was above $400 by summer and I’ll be watching it a lot this Winter and Spring for moves off the mean toward +3 ATR. $330 Calls and Put spreads are my thoughts right now. GOOGL Put spread so $2900/$2800 for $40 premium is what I’m thinking to start the week. I really like selling Puts on GOOGL into -1 ATR dips. I’m not much for Calls here, there just a bit pricey for me, but if there’s ever a squeeze setting up, I’m not against it. Z is January effect and j-hook. Riding the mean (dotted line) if it holds that level or even -1 ATR I think there could be a recovery in Q1 as housing markets heat up in the Spring. $60 Calls are my initial focus. NVDA has been a monster of late and I wouldn’t be shocked for this to breakout above $346 in Q1. Thinking bull Put spread and Calls, maybe the $290 Calls if the market is strong this week.
