As I said last night, I feel really confident in a short-term bounce for the markets this week after I watched QQQ setup above the 20-hour level once again. I know it can sound like oversimplifying trading, but I have learned that a 20-hour level is crucial for continued uptrends. When my AI-powered software fires off a “GO” signal, that’s the type of trade I nearly always want to take. I’ll let you know how the QQQ trade goes this week. That option trade expires for me on Friday. Speaking of great-looking 20-hour setups, I want to show you another one I think looks perfect to me. Go to your platform and pull up Unusual Machines (UMAC) right now, and you’ll see what I’m talking about. First, look at the long “basing pattern” that was right above the key $1 level for a couple of weeks before I made the first circle on the chart below… The old Wall Street saying is, “The longer the base is, the bigger the space.” As you can see, after UMAC cleanly broke back above the 20-hour level, a Gamma Trigger move occurred, and the stock surged 50% over the next few days. That is the type of move that gets my attention, so I put it on my radar. I don’t like to buy into the late stages of the initial rally, but once a stock is on my radar, I start to stalk it for when I think the next move could happen. That will always be when I see “GO” signals back above the 20-hour line – which we are just starting to see right now. Looking at levels, for the downside, I would keep a pretty tight leash on this. If I saw UMAC close under $1.40, this setup wouldn’t be valid for me anymore, so I would use that as a stop-loss area. On the upside, I would put the first target around $1.70, which is where UMAC had resistance last week as the first rally stalled out. If that level gets taken out, I would look for a move to nearly $2 after that, which seemed to be a resistance level weeks prior. Of course, that’s my personal plan for it. If you decide to trade it, you need to come up with your own plan of attack and stick to it. Hopefully, the market will continue to trend higher. That will make trading easier across the board. I expect UMAC to be in play today. I think it’s the top stock you should be watching right now. Unusual Machines Inc (UMAC) is a very cool little company that designs, manufactures, and sells drone components. The company really took off with its IPO in February, at which time it sealed the purchase of Fat Shark, which designs and manufactures video goggles for drone pilots, and Rotor Riot, a drone-focused e-commerce marketplace. Both companies were previously owned by Red Cat Holdings, with Fat Shark making the drone components and Rotor Riot marketing them. These companies are household names among first-person view (FPV) drone hobbyists, which evidently are a very dedicated following. The [Rotor Riot YouTube channel]( has an impressive 275,000 subscribers and more than 46 million total views, and I admit I got stuck down a rabbit hole checking out the awesome videos on that channel. The [Rotor Riot Instagram page]( also has an impressive 85,000 follower count. Fat Shark is the leader in FPV goggles for drone pilots, and its [website homepage]( has an awesome video showing the goggles in action.  Fat Shark “Dominator” model. On the Rotor Riot side of things, you can check out the large variety of drone-related products it sells on its website [here](, but the offerings include ready-to-fly drones, solder-free drones, drone parts, FPV parts, flight controllers, simulators, and video transmitters. The e-commerce platform has grown sales at over 30% per year over the last several years, with $3.1M in revenue in FY2022 and $4.3M in FY2023. As of now, UMAC has generated its revenue primarily from drone hobbyists, but if you’ve checked out any of the videos I’ve linked to, you can probably guess where else this tech would be invaluable… Warfare. With the conflicts breaking out in Ukraine and Israel, it has become clear that drones — especially FPV drones — are an essential part of next-generation combat. The trouble is that China dominates drone manufacturing, making onshoring of drone production an urgent matter of national security. To that end, the Pentagon in 2023 announced a $4 billion allocation to acquire domestically produced small drones as part of its “[Replicator Initiative](.” Congress has also passed the American Securities Drone Act, which prohibits government agencies and contractors from using or purchasing Chinese-manufactured drones by government agencies and contractors. UMAC is seizing on these developments and planning to launch US-made flight controllers, motors, and electronic speed controllers in 2024. In fact, the flight controller is expected to launch later this month, and UMAC expects it to be its first product that will get [Blue UAS certifications]( that will open up sales for military defense and other government use. (UAS stands for unmanned aerial system.) Clearly, this will open massive potential revenue streams, and it’s easy to see why company insiders made [significant share purchases]( last week, bringing total insider ownership of UMAC to 64%. Spend time right now doing your own research on the stock, and of course, always approach your trading in a responsible manner. Trading is very risky, and nothing is ever guaranteed, so never trade with more than you can afford to lose. Always have a well-thought-out game plan that takes your personal risk tolerance into consideration. Bottom line: When company insiders decide to add to their already large holdings in their stock, that show of confidence goes a long way with me. UMAC is not a stock that is on the radar of a lot of traders right now, and it is one of the few ways to get exposure to the drone sector, which is growing incredibly fast. Make sure you watch UMAC like a hawk all day today! To Your Success, P.S. Let's be clear that investing can be quite the roller coaster as stock prices can have wild swings up and down, so consider those crucial risks before you ever consider trading anything we discuss. Make sure you check out our full disclosure down below for the details on how we were paid, the risks, and why these results aren't what you'd call “typical.” Just a quick heads up about this ad you're reading—as we’ve said, even though we like the company referenced above, and all the facts we discussed above are true to the best of our knowledge, we are running a business here. To distribute this information and help offset the costs of maintaining our large digital audience, in advance of writing the content above, we received fifteen thousand dollars (cash) from Legends Media for advertising Unusual Machines, Inc for a one day marketing program on June 5, 2024. This amount was paid by someone else not connected to Unusual Machines, Inc. It might be obvious, but whoever paid for this might own shares and is likely looking to sell some or all of them at any time after we send out this information, which might affect the stock price. We may also buy or sell shares in the company at some point in the future, although neither RagingBull nor its owners own any shares of the company at this time. Also, keep in mind that due to the sheer size of our audience, if even a small percentage of people decide they want to buy this stock, it could potentially boost interest enough to hike up those share prices and cause a temporary spike, and the opposite is possible as our program ends, though that is not always the case. Now, diving right into Unusual Machines, Inc might sound exciting. But remember, it’s like venturing into the wilderness—be aware that there's exceptional risk involved in trading. This isn't small potatoes we're talking about; you could lose every dime you put in, so always carefully think about what you’re doing. That’s why they call this trading, after all. We're shining a light on the good stuff about the company here, but it's on you to do your homework, make your own calls, and determine a plan for your own trading, hopefully with the help of your professional 1nvestment advis0r. Oh, that brings us to another crucial point—we're not here to tell you (or even recommend) what you should do with your hard-earned money. We’re simply sharing our non-expert thoughts by highlighting some companies we like that could use some help telling their story to more people. We’re obviously biased in our writing. We’re not here to dig into anything that may be negative about the company; this is advertising, after all! Also, keep in mind that if we make some predictions about the future, these are technically known as “forward-L00king statements” under the securities acts, so take those with a grain of salt. As with all forecasts, they’re not set in stone, often wrong, and we certainly can’t know where the Company’s earnings, business, or share price will be tomorrow or a year from now. Everything you read from us is all for your education, information, and possible entertainment. While we believe the info is reliable and accurate, we can't wear a cape and guarantee it. Before you jump into anything, make sure to talk it over with a pro—someone you trust who's licensed to give you real advice. To be clear, Neither Raging Bull nor its owners, employees, or independent contractors are registered as a secur1ties br0ker-dealer, br0ker, 1nvestment advis0r (IA), or IA rep’s with the SEC, any state securities regulat0ry authority, or any self-regulat0ry organization.
