You’re probably familiar with this: You decide to start saving money, and you To view this email as a web page, [click here]() {NAME}, You’re probably familiar with this: You decide to start saving money, and you get really motivated. You give up things like ordering lattes and lunch each day and going out with your friends at night to save cash. And it works … for a few days. But then you cave and buy a latte one morning. And you forget to make lunch, so you order out. And you deserve a drink for how hard you’ve been working. Soon your goal ends up yo-yoing like this: [Motivation over time chart] … and you beat yourself up over it! “Oh, I’m so lazy. I’m so irresponsible with my spending. I can never get this done.” Why do we get excited and motivated to accomplish our goals in the short term, only to lose the motivation over time? It’s because motivation is a limited resource. We only have so much of it, and once it’s depleted, that’s it. Motivation is great as a trigger for making change — but you shouldn’t rely on it, because it’s fleeting. Instead, when you find your motivation is low, acknowledge it and go even deeper: Why aren’t you motivated? [Ramit] For example, maybe the reason you can’t save money is because you simply like your morning lattes — and that’s okay. There are other [better ways to save money]() that don’t require you to give up your lattes. If you question the deeper reasons you are not tackling a goal, you’ll see opportunities for effective change. Remember: Motivation is good to trigger change — but don’t expect it to last. Mental frameworks for a Rich Life If motivation can trigger us to change but doesn’t last, how CAN we sustain change? That’s one of the things I reveal in my [Success Triggers]() program. Success Triggers is my premium course on dominating psychological barriers and radically improving self-confidence so that you can live a Rich Life. I’d like to be direct with you: No one is going to create your Rich Life for you. If you start making changes today, you could be living a completely different life one year from now. Here’s how: Each week, I'll challenge you to apply just ONE thing to your life. That doesn't sound like much, but one positive change per week adds up to 52 a year. You'll also see other students share their best-applied stories inside the course, giving you tons of ideas of what to expect as you begin the amazing process of "flexing" your mental strength. The powerful psychological frameworks I share in this program have helped me to make millions of dollars — and live a life beyond my wildest dreams. They can do the same for you, too. [Ramit] My Rich Life includes a work/life balance. [Success Triggers]() can help you create that for yourself. Note that this is very different from the tactics that I normally share. It’s about starting from the inside out and tackling your psychological barriers. If you don’t fix those, no magical tactic will ever work. The best part: You don’t need to filter through all the lessons I had to learn to curate these triggers over 15+ years. I’ve laid the best 30 mental frameworks — or what I call [Success Triggers]() — right at your fingertips. We spend our whole lives admiring people who’ve mastered their crafts: artists, athletes, entrepreneurs. Rarely do we take a minute to sit back and ask why. But if we did, so many of us would say, “They were born with it.” That’s false. Of course we all have different skill levels. But at the very highest levels, it’s our psychology that sets apart the winners and the losers. I know you want to crush your mental barriers and become more confident. [Success Triggers]() shows you how to unlock your full potential. This isn’t just about “more information.” You KNOW what you should do. But there’s more to taking action than learning yet another tactic. If you ALREADY know what you should be doing … and you’re STILL not doing it … are you ready to confront your own inner psychology? If not now, when? Join [Success Triggers]() and get instant access to the course. [Success Triggers] In addition to the 5 hours of video breaking down the highest leverage Success Triggers, you'll also receive: - Full summaries of each Success Trigger, including study questions - Regular reminders about each Success Trigger, including “apply it now” reminders to force you to take action (not just consume these summaries) By joining now, you’ll have your first Success Trigger sent to you (in video, text, and audio formats) in minutes — and a new one sent to you every day for 30 days. Here's just a sample of what you'll learn in this course: - Why "resolutions" are dead ends and how Top Performers ensure their success by approaching planning differently - How to take intelligent, profitable risks … even if you're risk-averse - Why successful people don't fear failure … and how to free yourself from fear of failure, too - How to uncover the game being played around you in any field … and systematically dominate it - How to differentiate between a shortcut and a dead end - The universe's most powerful force — no, it's not love — and how to leverage it for your gain - The #1 ingredient in personal change — and one simple hack for making your weeks twice as productive - How to stop beating yourself up all the time and start living guilt-free … even when you make mistakes - My step-by-step processes for uncovering and neutralizing the invisible scripts that are holding you back - How to develop unshakable confidence in yourself - The "Worry Vault" Technique — which eliminated 99% of my worries - The #1 investment you can make (HINT: Top Performers invest in this like crazy and it's never too late to start) - How to stop struggling to do everything on your own. Get my strategies and scripts for harnessing the expertise of other people - I love this one — How to NEVER stress about having to find work - How much you're really worth — financially, at work, in relationships — and how to start increasing that value - How to stay motivated every day - What separates Top Performers from merely average ones — you can change this TODAY - How to optimize your time — know exactly when to think, when to act, and when to quit - How to avoid the "I'm so busy" overworked badge of honor — proven strategies for maintaining work/life balance - How to open yourself to abundance, serendipity, and lasting happiness Just ONE of these could radically change the way you look at the world. In this course, you’ll get 30 of my very best Success Triggers. These aren't one-time techniques you'll use this week or next month. These are techniques for life. So it's natural that you have lifetime access to this course — since I expect you'll use these now, 5 years from now, even 15 years from now. I created [Success Triggers]() as your "secret playbook" to improve your confidence, conquer fear, manage critics, and master your inner demons. Let's take this journey together.
