I'm back on a meat-only diet as of today - losing over 15lbs in the past eight weeks. I've taken a break due to a family visit. Over the years, I've tried many diets and exercises, but the carnivore diet finally won me over - on my 2nd attempt. What does this have to do with your IT Business? I hear you ask 🥩 Well, most will tell you that eating only meat is not healthy. There are assumptions and long-term beliefs we have built up over many years around the world, and some of them are just plain wrong. In the case of the meat diet - truth be told, it's what our ancestors lived off for a long time prior to modern farming. Our bodies evolved on meat and animal fat. The question is, what assumptions or beliefs do you have in your business that may be plain wrong? Start looking at the world from a different angle, and then you start to change the world - how would you do this in your business? Well, I am obviously going to suggest looking at the way you grew your business from a different perspective and challenging some long-held beliefs you might have. This Week's Webinar: MSP Website 101 Do you ever peek at your IT services website and think, "Shouldn't you be, you know, doing something more productive? Like, getting me more leads." IT Business Owners Questions How do I sustain a pipeline of new opportunities? My answer is to start with a prospects list. Once you have a list of people you want to attract to the business, you can then form a sales and marketing process around them, which, by its nature, will allow you to sustain a pipeline. So many MSPs think they can throw cash and get leads. With SEO, you need to focus on the account-based marketing methodology—something we cover [here](. IT Rockstars have a new HQ (kind of) Work has commenced on the IT Rockstars HQ - it's an old gardener outbuilding (bothy) at the end of my driveway! I'll update you with progress over the following few emails. If you work from home and have kids, you'll know how difficult it is to get anything done. I highly recommend an outbuilding/garden office. Had one in the last place and managed to write [two books.]( Scott Millar IT Rcokstars scott@itrockstars.co.uk Sent to: {EMAIL} IT Rockstars Ltd, c/o Gilbert Watson & Associates Limited 42 Carden Place, Aberdeen, AB10 1UP, United Kingdom Don't want future emails?
