[Logo] [Fall leaves] We’ve got some great things in store for Q4 at InventoryLab! Before we fall into some exciting new features, here are some essential things you don’t want to miss! !     [Elevate] [Elevate] Last week, the InventoryLab Customer Champions gathered together in Denver to attend the [ElevateCX]( conference to learn from other customer experience leaders! It was an excellent opportunity for our fully remote team to brainstorm, connect, and learn together in person. We know it’s nice to put names with faces sometimes, so we thought we’d share a few photos from our week together. Here’s Customer Champion Austin, sporting a vintage island blue InventoryLab polo, and some of the team getting ready to learn! [Austin] [Elevate] We spent as much time as possible working on responding to your support request tickets in the queue in between conference sessions. It was all hands on deck! Thanks for your patience. [Elevate] We prioritize work/life balance in a big way here at InventoryLab, so we made sure to squeeze in some fun team-building activities, too. Here’s a group photo of the entire support team! [Elevate]     Speaking of our super-awesome team of geniuses, we have a new member of the family to introduce to you! Meet Ayden, our brand new Digital Marketing Strategist! [Ayden]  Ayden Hi! I'm Ayden, and I'm your definitely-smaller-than-average sword-wielding spooky plant mom. Most of my days include obsessing over fantasy books, watching murder documentaries, and traveling to foreign countries. If I'm not doing any of that, I'm taking the national championships with my armored combat team!. She’ll be helping us get the word out to more eCommerce sellers about all the cool things we offer at InventoryLab, and we are thrilled to be able to utilize her skills and expertise. Welcome, Ayden!     [Customer Coaching] Have you heard about our new Customer Coaching sessions?! We now offer weekly, small-group webinars on five different topics, all led by an InventoryLab Customer Champion in a live setting that includes Q&A! We look forward to seeing you there!     [Payment Processor] Using InventoryLab to enter your box contents? Make sure you’re completing this process in the most efficient way in order to avoid potential issues with feeds or having your batch sit open. You’ll want to do this by clicking the orange Enter Box Contents button in the lower right corner of the Proposed FBA Shipments page, after all of your shipments have been created. This takes you to the Box Contents Information page where you can enter the box contents for each shipment. For example: [Create all shipments you plan to send out] Our support article - [Providing Box Content]( - Private Workflow - details this process in depth.
