TRAINING TIP OF THE WEEK [icon] We are coming up on the end of the year. If you have a Diamond account, have you been downloading your refund genie reports and submitting claims to Amazon? Its possible that Amazon might have hundreds of dollars that they need to pay you back! Go to your Refund Genie tool in Helium 10, and download any recent report that you haven’t yet. [icon] The account above, I downloaded the damaged report, and opened up the txt file. It showed that I had one FNSKU that had 2 transaction IDs that need investigation. [icon] I took those IDs and opened up a case in seller central requesting a reimbursement. [icon] For any refund genie files that are from “Lost Inventory,” you download the zip file, and then open the CSV file to get the FNSKU, and then open a case. [icon] Amazon does not refund you 100% of everything that the data shows they should. Sometimes they end up finding inventory or having reasons to not reimburse you, but if you haven’t run refund genie in a while, and you do at least $10,000 in monthly revenue, its very likely that you will be able to get a pay day just by taking a few minutes and doing the above steps for your lost and damaged items! Best thing about this is that whatever money is found and reimbursed thanks to refund genie, you keep 100%!
