I tend to munch on leftovers throughout the day. But when I do snack, I eat the following:️ - kimchi (homemade) - [overnight oats]( (meal prepped) - a protein shake - hard-boiled eggs from the office fridge - string cheese Ginger: Snacking is an important part of my emotional coping repertoire.
