Introducing myself. Hi {NAME} – I’m Evelyn, the newest member of Team Harder! Last cycle I was a field organizer for Katie Porter where I oversaw AAPI outreach, and I’m thrilled to now be on board as a fundraising associate for Josh. I got into this work because I’m passionate about grassroots organizing and empowering marginalized communities to have a voice in politics. I couldn’t be more excited to be on Josh’s team - I want to make a difference for our country, and there’s no better way to do that than to help Josh keep this seat blue! But as soon as I joined the team, national Republicans spent a whopping five figures on attack ads against Josh. You probably know this, but outside money is a huge threat in this toss-up seat. We need to match the Republicans dollar-for-dollar in this race, and that’s where you can play a huge role. [So, I’m hoping you can help me start strong by raising $1,000 from this email alone. Can I count on you to chip in and show Josh that we mean business before my first end-of-quarter deadline?]( [COUNT ME IN! →]( I get to be on the road with Josh a lot, and I genuinely am so impressed by the heart and energy he brings to our community. He truly cares about us. I love his plans for fighting climate change and making healthcare affordable. But the future we want depends on us winning this race and taking back the House next year! It’s an honor to join this team, and none of us could do this work without your support. Here at Team Harder, we rely fully on your grassroots support - we don’t take a dime of corporate money. Thank you for your support so far - I’m so excited to see our digital ads up and *fingers crossed* we can soon have enough funding to hire our grassroots staff! [If you can swing it, will you please send in a donation to help us keep this seat blue? We really need your help before we hit my first end-of-quarter deadline of this campaign!]( If you’ve saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your payment will go through immediately: [DONATE $10 →]( [DONATE $25 →]( [DONATE $50 →]( [DONATE $100 →]( [DONATE $250 →]( [DONATE OTHER →]( Thank you – and you’ll be hearing more from me soon! – Evelyn --------------------------------------------------------------- You are receiving this email because Congressman Josh Harder is one of our last lines of defense to protect our democracy against MAGA extremists like Donald Trump, Kevin McCarthy and Marjorie Taylor Greene. [Your early investment and support is critical so we can build the grassroots movement we need to win in 2024. Our race will be competitive and Josh doesn't take a dime of corporate PAC money, so please chip in now to our campaign.]( [DONATE]( If you would like to receive fewer emails, we understand.
