We can’t stop fighting. Hey {NAME}, Today is a sad day. June 24 marks one year since the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade and took away the constitutional right to abortion. Since the Supreme Court’s disastrous Dobbs decision, we have all seen the devastating outcomes. Abortion is now completely banned in 14 states and many more have instituted bans as early as 6 weeks - before many women even know they are pregnant. This fight is still very real. If we don’t take back the House and the Republicans win the White House, they could enact a nationwide ban - including here in California. I’m really scared about this and I know many of you are too. We can’t allow these extremists to criminalize doctors for providing abortion care and take away women’s freedom. And we have to keep fighting to codify Roe v. Wade and restore access to abortion in all 50 states. This year, we should have been celebrating the 50th anniversary of Roe and all of the hard-fought progress to make access to safe, legal abortion the law of the land. Instead, we’re here - fighting to protect women’s basic rights to control their own bodies. I won’t give up this fight. If you’re still as fired up as I am over a year later, please give a donation to our campaign today. We are on frontlines of this fight here in CA-9.
