We knew this was going to be close and we knew vote counting takes a loooong time in California. Here’s where we stand as of today: - 48% of ballots have been counted and released publicly - We currently are beating Republican Tom Patti 56% to 44% - However, at least 80,000 ballots remain uncounted - Included in this 80,000 are tens of thousands of mail-in ballots and drop box ballots What does this mean for us? We’re cautiously optimistic. We believe the race will tighten as more ballots are counted and we are waiting anxiously for more data points to understand where the results are headed. We’ve seen great results across the country (holding the Senate!) and we’re watching closely what’s going to happen here in California to understand if we hold the House. We weren’t kidding when we said the House Majority was going to come down to our seat! I’ll make sure to keep you in the loop as we learn more. We expect another drop of ballots tonight, so keeping our fingers crossed for good news… Talk soon, Josh --------------------------------------------------------------- [Josh Harder Facebook Icon](/WRDVK8BBz4AwodixIQy42YL0AQZKcTNXYqOvQTVA0AU=) [Josh Harder Twitter Icon](/BMtETkBe6JDucb_CjsY276EuKjfCYZC3JGQEkhLhbhI=) This email was sent to {EMAIL} because CA-9 is one of our country’s most pivotal tossup districts.
