Not next month, not next week — now

Hey {NAME}, I was hoping I could get a hold of you super quick. As of today, we are only 25 days away from election day, but voting is already happening now. California sends out mail-in ballots earlier than most states, so that means NOW is the time voters are casting their votes and deciding who they want representing us in Congress. Not next month, not next week — now. So I could really use your help. Given how close my race is right now and everything that is at stake for our country, it’s extremely nerve wracking. Polls show our race is a toss-up, and if we don’t win this race, we will be sending another Marjorie Taylor Green to Congress. And even worse, this is the seat that will determine if the Republican extremists will take over power in the House. This means an all-out assault on our civil rights, our healthcare and our democracy. Pretty nerve-wracking. But now’s the time we’ve been working towards.
