Hey {NAME}, I just got off the phone with Josh and he asked for an update on our final End of Month Fundraising deadline of the election. I had to break the bad news that we are pacing behind. Josh asked me to prepare contingency plans of what spending we’d need to cut in the last 72 hours if we miss our goal. It looks like it would mean taking down our digital ads, taking ads off of TV, not sending final mailers, or cutting our GOTV operation short. Worse yet, this is our first fundraising deadline since our opponent Ted Howze cut himself a $50,000 check to drown out our message. Scaling back while Ted Howze surges forward definitely makes me nervous. But I’ve done the math, {NAME}: If we can get 27 donations from New York in the next few hours, we’ll be back on track toward reaching our goal. Then we can go full force into the final days without leaving anything to chance. What do you say? Will you rush a donation right now so we can hit our final End of Month goal? I’ve gotten permission from Josh to share his personal ActBlue link, so he’ll know you stepped up to fill the gap in our budget. Here it is: [ I’ll keep you updated on where we stand. — Sam Paid For By Harder for Congress [unsubscribe](/g0l_Yt6t8ARfz3vVwCLQPzR0LeDPTyu8x6XxguqQbUQ=) Harder for Congress PO Box 4426 Modesto CA 95352 United States
