Want to know one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made in business? Thinking I had all the answers.

Want to know one of the biggest mistakes I’ve made in business? Thinking I had all the answers. My first few years starting out, my business limped along…as in, the kind of “barely making ends meet” limp that makes you want to give up and get a “real job.” But I was stubborn. I thought I could do everything myself, and worse…I thought I already knew everything I needed to know to be successful. Learning otherwise was a tough pill to swallow, but eventually I realized 2 things: - Building a successful business comes down a series of learnable skills. - If I wasn’t hitting my goals, it was because I lacked one or more of those skills. Once I realized that, I was able to turn things around. I made it a priority to keep learning, no matter what. - If I didn’t know what to do, I asked someone for help - If I thought I knew the right answer, I double checked it before sprinting ahead. - If things were chugging along, I kept reading, looking for my next edge. These are all habits I keep up today. (Already this year, I’ve read 50+ books - mostly on business, marketing, and leadership). So, as this epic, hot summer comes to a close, I want to encourage you to challenge yourself in the same way I did. Challenge yourself to “go back to school” with your business. - Own the fact it’s ok not to have all the answers. - Learn what you don’t know. - Get help where you need it. For me, personally, one of the biggest gaps I had was knowing how to craft the perfect offer. I’d struggle through every launch, and I couldn’t figure out why my sales numbers were always “just ok.” Enter Sam Hill. He's a total superstar (and our Director of Sales here at Growth Tools). [sam hill pic] I first hired Sam as a consultant, and tasked him with helping me figure out why my sales numbers weren’t where I wanted them to be. He diagnosed the problem immediately: “It’s all about the offer,” he said. In the years that followed, Sam helped me scale GrowthTools from earning a modest personal income to a fast-growing, 7-figure business with 20+ team members. And, since this was one HUGE area I had to learn (and have seen over and over again with our clients as well…), I thought I’d focus our Back to School Special around it. So here’s the deal: The first 5 people to join Growth University on Tuesday will get an elite 1:1 session to Create Your Ultimate Offer. You’ll be privately coached by Sam Hill, our Director of Sales and ultimate offer expert. Sam has sold tens of millions of dollars in high ticket products and services across a wide range of industries. He’s helped countless business owners zero-in on the perfect sales message to scale, and is responsible for guiding them to millions of dollars in sales. And, before working for Growth Tools, Sam was a ClickFunnels Two Comma Club Award Winner, growing a 7 figure business in under 10 months. Suffice it to say: A single call with Sam can literally transform your business…virtually overnight. But, there’s only 5 spots. If you want in, here’s what to do: - [Book a call with us ASAP](113/cSK9-04/VWMm1Z6FR_-DW2tpl5M7Y7clbW6cqVBw4x1d0TN8JCsFk3q90JV1-WJV7CgHDGW75Cjbk5W7lZxN2xcxKycYr29W1MBHH33glgYSW8LGV8H8jCc7rVmGCtq6cnQ0sW588CT33StNbDW2pT6cR8pd12XW6tR_kY5BRCVxW4wk3K1971rYmW7mK7Xq9fySynN3BWy77Z-NLPN7R6bF8DNsGPW8RM1Vy1C3_4BW1ssDbw2T4DzgW3cvSL37LR6TNW4X7sQQ4M7LZ6W1W1Zjb8BbPvPW85RysQ7ZyphjW36fMkg6qjjknW2jfdLN4p6WF7W3F-Gcd3Qg9K-W4CLgpT8sCZgkW5l2ljL3L5DnbW7RsbHf2WZ2WgW5wzZd68_HR1fVgVm8J3MMv6yW1hnVCL1Bbl6QW6fSmzz3FMws_33N31). Text with a very high Flesch reading ease score (about 100) is straightforward and easy to read, with short sentences and no words of more than two syllables.
