Are you true to your word?

Hey Anonymous, One thing I've been thinking about recently is the importance of staying true to our word to other people. Almost unequivocally, most people agree that it’s important, and a good measure of character if you are true to you word to others. But what about to yourself? How often do you set goals and make promises to yourself, only to see them go by the wayside because you end up prioritizing others? It happens to all of us. But one of the biggest needle movers for me both personally and professionally is holding myself to the same standard of fulfilling my words to myself. When I started doing this, I felt happier and lighter, my business grew faster, and my energy was just better. So I want to ask you this question - what are your goals and resolutions for next year?
