[5-Bullet Friday](=) --------------------------------------------------------------- Hi All! Here is your weekly dose of “5-Bullet Friday,” a list of what I’m enjoying or pondering. Album I listen to as medicine —[Panamericana by Federico Aubele](). I wrote much of [The 4-Hour Body]( to this album, and I still listen to it often, especially when winding down after a long day. It pairs well with [Durigutti Malbec]( or other grape-related adult beverages. As I’ve said of the Durigutti before, “This isn’t the fanciest of Malbecs, and that’s the point -- it punches above its weight class. The quality really impressed me for the $16 price tag.” A long-awaited surprise for listeners of the podcast (!!!) —I’ve been asked a million times for transcripts of the podcast, and I’ve always wanted to do a proper job. I also realize how meaningful text is for those who are hard of hearing. FINALLY, I have published transcripts for all 300+ episodes to date, [which can be found here](). Thank you so much for your patience, and I hope you enjoy them! The Tim Ferriss Show is now on its way to 400M downloads, and it’s a huge honor and privilege to be able to interview for you all. Person I’m studying —[Pablo Neruda]( (1904 - 1973) was a Chilean poet-diplomat and politician. Neruda became known as a poet when he was just 13 years old. He experimented with a variety of styles and formats, including surrealist poems, historical epics, overtly political manifestos, a prose autobiography, and passionate love poems such as the ones in his collection [Twenty Love Poems and a Song of Despair](=) (1924). He won the Nobel Prize for Literature in 1971. Most popular on Instagram last week —“[My best Trinity impression. Grand Canyon side canyon, perfect photo by @julietstarrett.](” Quote I’m enjoying —“My father warned me about men and booze, but he never mentioned a word about women and cocaine.”— [Tallulah Bankhead]() And, as always, please give me feedback on Twitter. Which bullet above is your favorite? What do you want more or less of? Other suggestions? Let me know! Just [send a tweet to @tferriss](=) and put #5BulletFriday at the end so I can find it.
