Our Bob Harris has eight players he's got feelings about below. Plus our Cecil Lammey has the News and Notes you need. Let's Go. J What's New At Footballguys - [In And Outs for the Divisional Round]() - Our Bob Harris dives into eight players to consider for your Divisional Playoff fantasy lineups: Four that merit definite spots and four that don't hit quite right. Inside This Issue [] - [BAL: Mark Andrews not expected to play](#article-1) - [BUF: Gabe Davis ruled out](#article-2) - [BUF: Stefon Diggs limited on Friday](#article-3) - [KC: Rashee Rice ready to play](#article-4) - [TB: Baker Mayfield ready to play](#article-5) - [NE: Bill O'Brien leaving New England](#article-6) - [TB: Chris Godwin not on injury report](#article-7) - [BUF: Stefon Diggs not on injury report](#article-8) - [KC: Skyy Moore to remain on IR for now](#article-9) - [SEA: Seattle interviewing Raheem Morris](#article-10) - [TEN: David Shaw to interview for HC gig](#article-11) - [NE: Christian Parker interviewing with NE](#article-12) - [TEN: Aaron Glenn to interview with Titans](#article-13) - [ATL: Bill Belichick top candidate for Atlanta?](#article-14) - [ATL: Kyle Pitts' knee an issue throughout 2023](#article-15) [] 1. BAL: Mark Andrews not expected to play [Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport]() Baltimore Ravens TE Mark Andrews (ankle) is not expected to play against the Houston Texans in the Divisional Round of the playoffs, according to sources Friday, Jan. 19. Our view: That sounds about right. He has been practicing, but the team is not going to rush him back. Initial reports had Andrews back around the Divisional Round or the AFC Championship. If the Ravens advance, there's a good chance we'll see Andrews out there. [Back to Top](#top) [] 2. BUF: Gabe Davis ruled out [Source: BuffaloBills.com]() Buffalo Bills WR Gabe Davis (knee) was ruled out for the Divisional Round playoff game against the Kansas City Chiefs on Friday, Jan. 19. Our view: The Bills will be without the big-bodied veteran for a huge game against the Chiefs (again). Without Davis, we're likely to see more from TEs like Dalton Kincaid or Dawson Knox - especially when the team is near pay dirt. [Back to Top](#top) [] 3. BUF: Stefon Diggs limited on Friday [Source: ESPN.com - Alaina Getzenberg]() Buffalo Bills WR Stefon Diggs (foot) was upgraded to a limited practice on Friday, Jan. 19. Our view: Diggs is going to be out there in a clash we've become accustomed to seeing in the playoffs - Bills vs Chiefs. There's no doubt that his performance will help Buffalo as they try to get to the AFC Championship Game. [Back to Top](#top) [] 4. KC: Rashee Rice ready to play [Source: Chiefs.com]() Kansas City Chiefs WR Rashee Rice (hamstring) fully participated in practice Friday, Jan. 19, and is not on the injury report for the Divisional Round playoff game. Our view: Rice is Patrick Mahomes' favorite target not named Travis Kelce. Having him out there against the Bills will be a boost for their offense. [Back to Top](#top) [] 5. TB: Baker Mayfield ready to play [Source: Buccaneers.com]() Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Baker Mayfield (ankle, ribs) fully participated in practice Friday, Jan. 19, and is not on the injury report for the Divisional Round playoff game. Our view: No player is fully healthy but Mayfield is healthy enough to avoid the Injury Report. [Back to Top](#top) [] 6. NE: Bill O'Brien leaving New England [Source: ESPN.com - Pete Thamel](=) New England Patriots offensive coordinator Bill O'Brien is expected to be named the offensive coordinator for The Ohio State University, according to sources. Our view: O'Brien didn't do much for the Patriots offense, and he doesn't have the same reputation as he did years ago before he took over as the Texans' head coach. New Patriots HC Jerod Mayo will now be looking to fill both offensive and defensive coordinator positions. [Back to Top](#top) [] 7. TB: Chris Godwin not on injury report [Source: Buccaneers.com]() Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Chris Godwin (knee, personal) did not participate in practice Friday, Jan. 19, but is not on the injury report for the Divisional Round playoff game. Our view: Godwin seems ok to go this weekend. [Back to Top](#top) [] 8. BUF: Stefon Diggs not on injury report [Source: BuffaloBills.com]() Buffalo Bills WR Stefon Diggs (foot) was limited during practice Friday, Jan. 19, but is not on the injury report for the Divisional Round playoff game. The Bills did not hold a practice Friday, so his practice participation is an estimation. Our view: Good new for Diggs and this offense. [Back to Top](#top) [] 9. KC: Skyy Moore to remain on IR for now [Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Myles Simmons](=) Kansas City Chiefs WR Skyy Moore (knee) tweaked his knee during practice on Thursday, Jan. 18, and will not be activated for the team's AFC Divisional Round Game against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday. Our view: Moore is a player we were hyped up about in dynasty formats two years ago. Well, since then he's underperformed and has seemed to be constantly banged up. In super deep dynasty, we'll still monitor him. [Back to Top](#top) [] 10. SEA: Seattle interviewing Raheem Morris [Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport]() Los Angeles Rams defensive coordinator Raheem Morris is interviewing with the Seattle Seahawks for their head coach vacancy Friday, Jan. 19. Our view: Morris is known as a player's coach, and that kind of fits the vibe of former HC Pete Carroll. He's worked on both sides of the ball, and that gives Morris a leg up on the competition as he's not just a defensive-minded or offensive-minded head coach. [Back to Top](#top) [] 11. TEN: David Shaw to interview for HC gig [Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter]( Former Stanford head coach David Shaw will interview with the Tennessee Titans for their head coach vacancy this weekend, according to sources Friday, Jan. 19. Our view: Shaw has an incredible reputation in the NFL world, but he has interviewed before and didn't land a gig. The Titans are looking for a new head coach after letting Mike Vrabel go earlier this month. [Back to Top](#top) [] 12. NE: Christian Parker interviewing with NE [Source: NFL Network - Tom Pelissero]( Denver Broncos defensive backs coach Christian Parker is interviewing for the New England Patriots defensive coordinator post Friday, Jan. 19. Our view: Parker is seen as a rising star in coaching circles. The Patriots are looking for a defensive coordinator to work under new head coach Jerod Mayo. [Back to Top](#top) [] 13. TEN: Aaron Glenn to interview with Titans [Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport]() Detroit Lions defensive coordinator Aaron Glenn will interview for the Tennessee Titans head coaching vacancy. Our view: Glenn has been on the fast track to be a head coach in this league. The Lions are playing in the Divisional Round, and Glenn's defense could help them as they try to further advance toward a Super Bowl. No matter what happens with the Lions, there's a good chance Glenn gets a head-coaching gig. [Back to Top](#top) [] 14. ATL: Bill Belichick top candidate for Atlanta? [Source: ESPN - Dianna Russini]() Former New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is the top candidate for the Atlanta Falcons head coach vacancy, according to sources Friday, Jan. 19. Our view: Zero surprise here. Belichick is in line for the Falcons' job, and reports indicate he's already met with owner Arthur Blank. He would take over a great group of skill position players (minus the quarterback), and the Falcons have some talent he can work with on the defensive side. Nothing is done yet, but things are trending towards Belichick winding up in Atlanta. [Back to Top](#top) [] 15. ATL: Kyle Pitts' knee an issue throughout 2023 [Source: ESPN.com - Michael Rothstein]( Atlanta Falcons TE Kyle Pitts recently acknowledged to ESPN.com's Michael Rothstein that he was happy just to make it a full season one year after sustaining damage to his medial collateral ligament and posterior cruciate ligament in 2022. Our view: Pitts is an amazing talent to be sure, but he's been a bit off in the pros. He admitted he 'never felt uncomfortable,' but that the 2023 season was largely about learning getting the knee back to where it was pre-injury and using different techniques to keep his body fresh. [Back to Top](#top) That'll do it for today, Folks. Thanks for reading and thanks for being part of the Footballguys Family. We'll see you tomorrow with the Update.
