A first-round pick in 2017, Williams has missed a ton of time (and all of training camp) due to this back injury. When healthy, Williams is going to have quite a bit of work to do before he's an impact player on the field. The Chargers have Keenan Allen, Tyrell Williams and Travis Benjamin to soak up most of the routes/targets in 2017. Williams is a big body who can make plays above the rim. Brissett had a monster game (341 passing yards, 5 total TDs) in the preseason finale, and he could start for the Colts while Luck is out. Scott Tolzien was set to be the starter in Luck's absence.
