[DAL - RB Ezekiel Elliott files suit against NFL]( Source: ProFootballTalk.com - Mike Florio Dallas Cowboys RB [Ezekiel Elliott](=) and the NFLPA filed a petition to vacate the eventual arbitration ruling in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas on Thursday, Aug. 31. The lawsuit was filed ahead of the announced outcome of the arbitration case headed by Harold Henderson, the results of which are expected early next week, and seek to overturn any punishment handed down by the NFL. He did not record any touchdowns or interceptions in the effort.
