CLE: Joe Flacco to start Week 13's game [Source: NFL.com - Grant Gordon](=) Confirming a previous report, Cleveland Browns QB Joe Flacco will start Week 13's game versus the Los Angeles Rams, as a result of QB Dorian Thompson-Robinson (concussion) having been ruled out, according to head coach Kevin Stefanski. QB PJ Walker will serve as Flacco's backup. Our view: Flacco is not the player he used to be - not even close - but the team sees him as an upgrade over PJ Walker. We're certain the Browns will run the ball early and often against the Rams, which means there could be limited passing numbers for Flacco in Week 13. [Back to Top](#top) [] 2. NFL: Three may pursue Zach Ertz [Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter]( Free-agent TE Zach Ertz (Cardinals) could receive interest from the Kansas City Chiefs, Baltimore Ravens and Buffalo Bills, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. Our view: The Philadelphia Eagles are potentially interested in bringing Ertz back. The veteran tight end is not the player he used to be, but he's a valuable and trusted target who can help out near pay dirt. CIN: Jake Browning good to go [Source: Bengals.com]() Cincinnati Bengals QB Jake Browning (wrist) practiced in full once again on Saturday, Dec. 2, and carries no designation into Week 13. KC: Jerick McKinnon ruled out [Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter]( Kansas City Chiefs RB Jerick McKinnon (groin) was downgraded to out for Week 13 on Saturday, Dec. 2. Also, RB Deneric Prince was elevated from the practice squad. Our view: We still love Prince in deep dynasty formats. Without McKinnon, we'll see more from Clyde Edwards-Helaire as the change-of-pace back behind Isiah Pacheco. [Back to Top](#top) [] 5. CIN: Tee Higgins officially good to go [Source: Bengals.com]() Updating a previous report, Cincinnati Bengals WR Tee Higgins (hamstring, ankle) practiced in full for the second straight day on Saturday, Dec. 2, and carries no designation into Week 13. Our view: Higgins will be back in action this week for the Bengals. With QB Jake Browning out there tossing passes, the Bengals' passing game should be downgraded from a fantasy perspective. That means Higgins is more of a 'what the heck' flex for Fantasy GMs out there. [Back to Top](#top) [] 6. HOU: Tank Dell expects to play in Week 13 [Source: KPRC.com - Aaron Wilson]( Houston Texans WR Tank Dell (calf) said he expects to play in Week 13's game against the Denver Broncos. Our view: Dell is a nice WR2/flex option for Fantasy GMs every week, but the upside for him to finish as a WR1 is there. With Nico Collins likely covered by All-Pro CB Pat Surtain, that leaves guys like Dell to get open and make big plays. Without TE Dalton Schultz this week, that could mean more targets for Dell. JAX: Travis Etienne officially questionable [Source: Jaguars.com]() Jacksonville Jaguars RB Travis Etienne (ribs) was a limited participant at practice and is questionable on the final Week 13 injury report. Our view: Most seem to feel the rib injury is something he can play with, so Etienne should play on Monday night. If he's out there, then D'Ernest Johnson stays in his reserve role. NE: Bailey Zappe could start again in Week 13 [Source: MassLive.com - Mark Daniels](=) New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick would not say if QB Bailey Zappe would receive his second consecutive start in Week 13's game against the Los Angeles Chargers but multiple sources claim that Zappe has prepared as though he would start. QB Mac Jones has been working as the scout team quarterback in practice, according to sources. Our view: The decision to go away from Jones would be fine as he's played poorly. However, Zappe isn't much of an upgrade over Jones. Some reports indicate there will be a package of plays for rookie QB Malik Cunningham.
