PHI: Hurts accounts for five scores including game winner in overtime [Source: ESPN]() Jalen Hurts completed 18 of 31 passes for 200 yards, three scores and one interception. He added 65 yards on 14 carries and two scores including the walk-off touchdown in the 37-34 overtime win. Our view: The passing game wasn't clicking early, but DeVonta Smith stepped up with A.J. Brown (who at least caught a touchdown) contained again this week. The Eagles played from behind most of the game, but never seemed stressed thanks to Hurts steady leadership. They'll be tested when the 49ers come to town next week. [Back to Top](#top) [] 2. PIT: Pat Freiermuth surpasses 100-yard mark [Source: ESPN.com]() Pittsburgh Steelers TE Pat Freiermuth caught nine passes for 120 yards against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 12. He was targeted 11 times during the game. Our view: Freiermuth was the focal point of the passing game under new offensive coordinator Eddie Faulkner. He'll be a hot waiver wire pickup next week going into a matchup with the Cardinals defense that just gave up a big day to Tyler Higbee. [Back to Top](#top) = = [] 3. ATL: Bijan Robinson accounts for two touchdowns [Source: ESPN.com]() Atlanta Falcons RB Bijan Robinson rushed for 91 yards and one touchdown on 16 carries against the New Orleans Saints in Week 12. He also caught three passes for 32 yards and one touchdown during the game. Our view: Arthur Smith has finally made the team's first round pick the centerpiece of the offense. He should get as much work as he can handle against the Jets next week. If you managed your team well enough to stay competitive during Robinson's bumpy stretch midseason, you are set up well to peak going into the playoffs. [Back to Top](#top) [] 4. DEN: Samaje Perine finds the end zone [Source: ESPN]() Denver Broncos RB Samaje Perine rushed seven times for 55 yards and a touchdown in Week 12 against the Cleveland Browns, while adding an 11-yard reception on his lone target. Our view: Perine should be a waiver wire pickup this week because Javonte Williams left the game briefly with a neck injury. The Broncos are using him more early in the game, and he seems to be the back they trust the most in the two minute drill. [Back to Top](#top) [] 5. NO: Alvin Kamara finishes with 119 total yards [Source: ESPN.com]() New Orleans Saints RB Alvin Kamara rushed for 69 yards on 15 carries against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 12. He also caught four passes for 50 yards during the game. Our view: Kamara looked spry and strong and he will have to shoulder more of the passing game next week Chris Olave (concussion) and Rashid Shaheed (leg) both leaving this game early. He's a solid RB1 play against Detroit next week. [Back to Top](#top) [] 6. NYG: Jalin Hyatt goes over 100 yards [Source: ESPN]() New York Giants WR Jalin Hyatt racked up five receptions for a career-high 109 yards on six targets in Week 12 against the New England Patriots. Our view: Hyatt made a terrific play on the ball in flight for his first catch downfield and appears to have a rapport with his new quarterback Tommy DeVito, a fellow rookie. Hyatt will be a viable waiver pickup next week even though he is going into his bye. [Back to Top](#top) [] 7. TB: Rachaad White hits triple digits [Source: ESPN]() Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB Rachaad White rushed 15 times for 100 yards in Week 12 against the Indianapolis Colts, while adding two catches for 10 yards on his only two targets. Our view: White was questionable coming in with a late week injury report add because of a knee injury, but it appears Adam Schefter's report that the listing was a mere formality was correct. White had one of his best days running the ball all season and should be in lineups as a strong RB2 against the Panthers next week. [Back to Top](#top) [] 8. NO: Chris Olave finishes with 114 yards [Source: ESPN.com]() New Orleans Saints WR Chris Olave (concussion) caught seven passes for 114 yards against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 12. He was targeted nine times during the game. As previously reported, Olave left the game early because of a concussion. Our view: Olave was on his way to a huge game before leaving with the concussion. We'll be watching the injury report closely to see if he can suit up against the Lions in a very fantasy-friendly matchup next week. With Rashid Shaheed also leaving this game injured and Michael Thomas on injured reserve, A.T. Perry and Keith Kirkwood are the top two wide receivers, with Taysom Hill and Juwan Johnson possibly getting more targets from the tight end position if Olave can't play in Week 13. [Back to Top](#top) [] 9. BUF: Allen account for four scores but loses [Source: ESPN]() Josh Allen completed 29 of 51 passes for 331 yards, two scores, and one interception. He added nine carries for 81 yards and two scores as a runner, but the Bills fell to 6-6 after they lost 37-34 in overtime. Our view: Two missed field goals by Tyler Bass hurt, and the Bills didn't turn their first half domination into more than a 17-7 lead, which they couldn't make hold up in the second half. Gabriel Davis had a bounceback game with a 6-105-1 line and James Cook was more involved as a receiver with six catches for 57 yards, but the team only ran for 92 yards on 31 running back carries. [Back to Top](#top) [] 10. IND: Jonathan Taylor scores twice in Week 12 [Source: ESPN]() Indianapolis Colts RB Jonathan Taylor rushed 15 times for 91 yards and two touchdowns in Week 12 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. He was not targeted in the pass game. Our view: Taylor didn't have quite the dominance in the split between him and Zack Moss that we saw recently, but for fantasy he was still a force with a strong showing against a good run defense. The Colts have winnable games going forward, making Taylor a top five running back from here on out. [Back to Top](#top) [] 11. LAR: Stafford throws four scores, none to Kupp or Nacua [Source: ESPN]() Matthew Stafford completed 25 of 33 pass attempts for 229 yards and four touchdowns with one interception against the Cardinals. Kyren Williams caught two and Tyler Higbee caught two. Our view: Williams also added 143 yards on the ground on only 16 carries. Higbee was a big play on a day that he was mistakenly announced as inactive at first. Puka Nacua caught four balls for 27 yards and Cooper Kupp three for 18 as Tutu Atwell led the team with 76 receiving yards. Stafford will have a tough matchup against the Browns next week, but the Rams are back in playoff contention at 4-6. That's not a typo. [Back to Top](#top) [] 12. CLE: Jerome Ford totals 13 touches [Source: ESPN]() Cleveland Browns RB Jerome Ford rushed nine times for a team-best 65 yards in Week 12 against the Denver Broncos, while adding four receptions for 14 yards on seven targets. Our view: Ford looked great against a surging Broncos defense, but the Browns couldn't put drives together to feed him enough touches to hit for fantasy today. He'll be a flex play against the Rams next week as the Browns try to help their playoff hopes. [Back to Top](#top) [] 13. PIT: Najee Harris reaches end zone [Source: ESPN.com]() Pittsburgh Steelers RB Najee Harris rushed for 99 yards and one touchdown on 15 carries against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 12. Our view: After multiple items had Jaylen Warren moving ahead of Harris this week, Harris was the better back, and he got to finish Warren's best drive of the day with a touchdown. Harris is back to being a fantasy RB2 with the Steelers offense clearly more capable with Matt Canada ousted from the offensive coordinator position. [Back to Top](#top) [] 14. HOU: C.J. Stroud goes over 300 yards [Source: ESPN]() Houston Texans QB C.J. Stroud completed 26-of-36 passes for 304 yards, two touchdowns and no interceptions in Week 12 against the Jacksonville Jaguars, while adding six runs for a team-best 47 yards and a touchdown. Our view: Stroud was an elite fantasy play in this game even though his attempt to send the game to overtime ended when Matt Ammendola's 58-yard field goal attempt hit the crossbar. He'll face a resurgent Denver defense next week, but will be hard to leave on the bench. [Back to Top](#top) [] 15. HOU: Nico Collins hits triple digits [Source: ESPN]() Houston Texans WR Nico Collins ended up with seven receptions for a game-high 104 yards and a touchdown on nine targets in Week 12 against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Our view: Collins could face Patrick Surtain II a lot next week, but CJ Stroud is so hot, it will be hard to leave him on your bench. Watch Noah Brown's status next week to see if he'll return or sit again, leaving targets concentrated on Collins and Tank Dell, who also scored today. TEN: Two touchdowns for Derrick Henry [Source: ESPN.com]() Tennessee Titans RB Derrick Henry rushed for 76 yards and two touchdowns on 18 carries against the Carolina Panthers in Week 12. Our view: One of Henry's scores was set up by an Arden Key sack/strip of Bryce Young. The running back is a boom/bust RB2 play, but in matchups where the Titans can be competitive, he can tilt the week in your favor like he did today. Next week, he'll face a Colts run defense that just gave up 100 yards to Rachaad White. [Back to Top](#top) [] 17. JAX: Trevor Lawrence well over 300 yards [Source: ESPN]() Jacksonville Jaguars QB Trevor Lawrence completed 23-of-38 passes for 364 yards, one touchdown and one interception in Week 12 against the Houston Texans, while adding two runs for no yards with a rushing touchdown. Our view: Lawrence has come back to life as a fantasy quarterback since Zay Jones returned last week. The Bengals pass defense is better than the Texans, but it will still be difficult to put Lawrence on the bench next week. [Back to Top](#top) [] 18. ARI: Murray scores as a runner and passer [Source: ESPN]() Kyler Murray completed 27 of 45 pass attempts for a touchdown and no interceptions. He added two yards and a touchdown on his only rush attempt. Our view: It's about as good a result as you could ask for in a blowout loss where Murray ran the ball one time. He completed enough passes to make Marquise Brown, Trey McBride and Greg Dortch all good plays, but he'll face a tougher pass rush against the Steelers next week, [Back to Top](#top) [] 19. CLE: David Njoku tops charts for Cleveland [Source: ESPN]() Cleveland Browns TE David Njoku ended up with six receptions for a team-best 59 yards on nine targets in Week 12 against the Denver Broncos. Our view: Njoku dropped a touchdown or he could have had a bigger day. He has been the only Browns passcatcher to have his fantasy value survive the many quarterback changes this season. [Back to Top](#top) [] 20. JAX: Calvin Ridley produces solid stat line [Source: ESPN]() Jacksonville Jaguars WR Calvin Ridley registered five receptions for 89 yards and a touchdown on six targets in Week 12 against the Houston Texans. Our view: Ridley had his second good week in a row for the first time all season, and he has had good weeks in all three games that Zay Jones has been healthy for. He should be in lineups against the Bengals next week and is coming on at the right time. [Back to Top](#top) [] 21. CAR: Chuba Hubbard involved in run, pass game [Source: ESPN.com]() Carolina Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard rushed for 45 yards and one touchdown on 14 carries against the Tennessee Titans in Week 12. He also caught five passes for 47 yards during the game. Our view: Hubbard was in a 50-50 committee with Miles Sanders, but was much better in both fantasy and NFL terms. Hubbard's value is trending back up, and he should be added as at least desperation running back depth even though he has a tough matchup at Tampa Bay next week. [Back to Top](#top) [] 22. NE: Rhamondre Stevenson just misses 100 yards [Source: ESPN]() New England Patriots RB Rhamondre Stevenson rushed 21 times for 98 yards and a touchdown in Week 12 against the New York Giants, and he added five receptions for nine yards on his five targets. Our view: The Patriots at least got the workload split right in this game. Stevenson was most of what was working for the Patriots today. He's a boom/bust RB2 going forward with a good matchup against the Chargers next week. [Back to Top](#top) [] 23. NO: Derek Carr surpasses 300-yard mark [Source: ESPN.com]() New Orleans Saints QB Derek Carr went 24-for-38 for 304 yards, zero touchdowns and one interception against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 12. He also rushed for seven yards on two carries during the game. Our view: Carr was sharp throwing downfield early in this game, but the offense was unable to finish drives with touchdowns, and he lost his top two receivers during the game. The Saints fell back into a tie for first place in the division heading into a tough home game against the Lions. [Back to Top](#top) [] 24. PIT: Kenny Pickett throws for 278 yards [Source: ESPN.com]() Pittsburgh Steelers QB Kenny Pickett went 24-for-33 for 278 yards, zero touchdowns and zero interceptions against the Cincinnati Bengals in Week 12. He also rushed for five yards on five carries during the game. Our view: Pickett did better in the downfield passing game now that the offense isn't under the thumb of Matt Canada, but the offense still had trouble finishing drives with touchdowns. Pickett doesn't have fantasy value in 1QB leagues, but he played well enough to make Pat Freiermuth, George Pickens, and Diontae Johnson startable against the Cardinals next week. [Back to Top](#top) [] 25. CIN: Ja'Marr Chase leads team in receiving [Source: ESPN.com]() Cincinnati Bengals WR Ja'Marr Chase caught four passes for 81 yards against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 12. He was targeted six times during the game. Our view: Chase's biggest gain on the afternoon came on a deflected ball that allowed him to run away from a discombobulated defense. It was about as bad as could be expected for Chase, but he still wasn't a true bust for fantasy, doing enough to keep him in fantasy lineups against the Jaguars next week. [Back to Top](#top) [] 26. NO: Nine touches for Taysom Hill [Source: ESPN.com]() New Orleans Saints QB Taysom Hill caught two passes for 55 yards against the Atlanta Falcons in Week 12. He also rushed for 26 yards on seven carries during the game. Our view: Hill had a fumble in this one and was only serviceable for fantasy, but he should play a big role next week against Detroit with Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed both sidelined during this game. [Back to Top](#top) [] 27. CAR: Adam Thielen limited to two yards [Source: ESPN.com]() Carolina Panthers WR Adam Thielen caught one pass for two yards against the Tennessee Titans in Week 12. He was targeted three times during the game. Our view: Fantasy teams relying on Thielen looked like they had the best pick of the draft in PPR leagues through six weeks despite his being a bust in Week 1. Over the last four weeks, he has been an ordinary WR3/Flex, and now he is undermining confidence that he can even carry that value forward. The matchup with Tampa next week is a good one, so keep him in lineups if you can, but be ready to exile him to the bench if he doesn't come through [Back to Top](#top) That'll do it for today, Folks.
