Plus - De'Von Achane Questionable For Friday Afternoon Game  ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ ‌ 11/24/23 [Unsubscribe |]( [Read Online]() | [Join]( | [GO PRO](=) Howdy {NAME}[,](=) I hope your Thanksgiving was joyful. MIA: De'Von Achane iffy for Black Friday [Source: The Miami Herald - Daniel Oyefusi](=) Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane (knee) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable for Week 12 against the New York Jets. Our view: Even if Achane plays, the Dolphins might limit his touches. He didn't last long last week before aggravating his knee injury. [Back to Top](#top) [] 2. LAR: Cooper Kupp back to work on Thursday [Source: The Athletic - Dianna Russini]( Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (ankle) was spotted on the field and is expected to practice on Thursday, Nov. 23, according to a source. Our view: Good news for the Rams here. However, let's see what he can do on Friday. Kupp might not be able to play against the Cardinals in Week 12. That would mean more targets for guys like Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell. [Back to Top](#top) = = [] 3. ATL: Heavy workload likely coming for Bijan Robinson [Source: AtlantaFalcons.com - Scott Bair]( Atlanta Falcons RB Bijan Robinson is 'going to have a huge role in our game plan' in Week 12 against the New Orleans Saints, according to head coach Arthur Smith. Our view: Desmond Ridder is back under center this week for the Falcons. In order to limit the pressure on the young passer, it's wise for the Falcons to run the ball early and often. Robinson is an RB1, and he could be a top-5 back this week if this "huge role" ends up being a thing in Week 12. [Back to Top](#top) [] 4. HOU: Noah Brown sits again [Source: Sirius XM NFL Radio - Adam Caplan]( Houston Texans WR Noah Brown (knee) did not participate in practice Thursday, Nov. 23. Our view: Let's see if Brown's able to work Friday. [Back to Top](#top) [] 5. MIA: Tyreek Hill good to go vs. NYJ [Source: MiamiDolphins.com]() Miami Dolphins WR Tyreek Hill (hand) was limited in practice all week but no longer appears on the injury report for Week 12 against the New York Jets. Our view: Hill should be in line for big numbers against the Jets on Friday. Fantasy GMs can start him as a WR1 as per usual. [Back to Top](#top) [] 6. NYJ: NY Jets' Week 12 injury report [Source: ESPN.com - Rich Cimini](=) New York Jets DB Michael Carter II (hamstring) did not practice all week and is listed as doubtful for Week 12 versus the Miami Dolphins. OL Mekhi Becton (ankle, knee) did not practice on Thursday, Nov. 23, and is listed as questionable. LB Sam Eguavoen (hip) was limited practice for a second straight day on Thursday, Nov. 23, and is listed as questionable. OL Duane Brown (hip), OL Billy Turner (finger) and TE Kenny Yeboah (hamstring) practiced in full on Friday but are also listed as questionable. DB Tony X. Adams (finger), DE John Franklin-Myers (knee), DE Jermaine Johnson (hip), TE Jeremy Ruckert (shoulder), LB Chazz Surratt (ankle), LB Quincy Williams (knee) and WR Garrett Wilson (elbow) practiced in full on Friday and no longer appear on the injury report. The Jets held a walk-through on Thursday, so the report is an estimation. Our view: With Tim Boyle in at quarterback, there's not much meat on the bone for Fantasy GMs. You'll start Wilson at wide receiver, but he's about the only player you can trust on that offense. We like Wilson as a low-end WR2/flex play this week. [Back to Top](#top) [] 7. BAL: Zay Flowers downgraded Thursday [Source: ESPN.com - Jamison Hensley]() Baltimore Ravens WR Zay Flowers (hip) did not practice on Thursday, Nov. 23, after being limited the day before. Our view: Not the direction we were hoping to see Flowers moving on Thursday. Stay tuned. [Back to Top](#top) [] 8. MIA: Raheem Mostert a go for Week 12 [Source: MiamiDolphins.com]() Miami Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert (ankle, knee) was limited in practice all week but no longer appears on the injury report for Week 12 against the New York Jets. Our view: The entire Dolphins' backfield seems banged up, including their lead back Mostert. Against the Jets on Friday, Mostert should post RB1 numbers for Fantasy GMs out there. [Back to Top](#top) [] 9. PIT: Pittsburgh's Thursday practice report [Source: The Athletic - Mike DeFabo](=) Pittsburgh Steelers S Minkah Fitzpatrick (hamstring) did not practice on Thursday, Nov. 23. WR George Pickens (shin), CB James Pierre (shoulder), LB Nick Herbig (ankle), DT Montravius Adams (ankle) and DT Cameron Heyward (rest, groin) were limited. Our view: We're excited to see what the Steelers' offense looks like now that they've fired OC Matt Canada. Perhaps we'll see better football from QB Kenny Pickett. If that's the case, then guys like Pickens (and the rest of the passing game) has more appeal for Fantasy GMs. [Back to Top](#top) [] 10. TB: Thursday's practice report for Tampa Bay [Source: Tampa Bay Times - Rick Stroud]( Tampa Bay Buccaneers LB Lavonte David (groin), CB Jamel Dean (ankle, foot) and LB Devin White (foot) did not practice on Thursday, Nov. 23. CB Carlton Davis (hip), WR Chris Godwin (knee, elbow) and C Robert Hainsey (knee) were limited. S Ryan Neal (thumb) and OT Tristan Wirfs (ankle) practiced in full. Our view: Godwin is a little banged up, so Fantasy GMs should adjust expectations accordingly. Against the Colts on Sunday, we like Godwin in the WR3/flex range. [Back to Top](#top) [] 11. MIN: Thursday's practice report for Minnesota [Source: ESPN.com - Kevin Seifert]() Minnesota Vikings CB Akayleb Evans (calf), TE T.J. Hockenson (ribs) and WR Justin Jefferson (hamstring) were limited in practice on Thursday, Nov. 23. LB Brian Asamoah (ankle), QB Jaren Hall (concussion) and QB Nick Mullens (back) practiced in full. Our view: Jefferson seemed close to returning last week, but he has yet to return from this hamstring injury. Now, reports are coming out on Thursday that he will miss Week 12. Let's wait and see about his Friday practice status. [Back to Top](#top) [] 12. NYG: Thursday's practice report for NY Giants [Source: The Athletic - Charlotte Carroll]() New York Giants DL Dexter Lawrence (hamstring) and OT Evan Neal (ankle) did not practice on Thursday, Nov. 23. DB Tre Hawkins III (shoulder), LB Bobby Okereke (hip, rib), DL A'Shawn Robinson (back) and WR Darius Slayton (neck) were limited. RB Saquon Barkley (rest), RB Eric Gray (ankle), CB Adoree' Jackson (concussion), DB Bobby McCain (illness), OL Tyre Phillips (knee), WR Sterling Shepard (hip), C John Michael Schmitz (finger) and OT Andrew Thomas (knee) practiced in full. Our view: As Barkley goes, the Giants' offense goes. With a bit of spark from QB Tommy DeVito, the Giants can put up more of a fight against the Patriots on Sunday. Barkley is an RB1 as per usual from a fantasy perspective. [Back to Top](#top) [] 13. WAS: Antonio Gibson back after one-game absence [Source: NFL.com]() Washington Commanders RB Antonio Gibson (toe) was listed as questionable on the team's Week 12 injury report but will play on Thanksgiving Day against the Dallas Cowboys. Our view: Gibson's return will help the Commanders' offense so long as they use him. He's the best receiving back they have, and if they fall behind then he could get some looks in the passing game. [Back to Top](#top) That'll do it for today, Folks. Thanks for reading and thanks for being part of the Footballguys Family. We'll see you tomorrow with the Update.
