[JOIN NOW 👉]() [] 1. PIT: Matt Canada let go [Source: NFL Network - Tom Pelissero]() Pittsburgh Steelers offensive coordinator Matt Canada was fired on Tuesday, Nov. 21. Our view: Canada was not great for the Steelers' offense. After another bad performance, the team had seen enough. Running backs coach Eddie Faulkner is expected to take over as the new offensive coordinator while quarterbacks coach Mike Sullivan is expected to handle play-calling duties. [Back to Top](#top) [] 2. LAR: Kyren Williams returning [Source: ESPN.com - Sarah Barshop]() Los Angeles Rams RB Kyren Williams (ankle) will return in Week 12 from the Reserve/Injured list. Our view: Rams HC Sean McVay said he expects Williams to play in Week 12 against the Cardinals. He's been out of action for weeks on Injured Reserve, and now he should get back to leading the way on the ground for the Rams. We'll see if the Rams ease him back into the mix if he does play in Week 12. Williams can be an RB1 for Fantasy GMs again, but this week it's perhaps best to project him for RB2 numbers (with upside of course). [Back to Top](#top) = = [] 3. LAR: Darrell Henderson waived [Source: TheRams.com](=) Los Angeles Rams RB Darrell Henderson was waived on Tuesday, Nov. 21. Our view: With the return of Kyren Williams, the Rams could move on from Henderson. Royce Freeman is set to serve as the primary backup to Williams. [Back to Top](#top) [] 4. GB: Aaron Jones dealing with MCL sprain [Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter]( Green Bay Packers RB Aaron Jones (knee) was diagnosed with a medial collateral ligament sprain on Tuesday, Nov. 21, and will be considered week-to-week moving forward, according to a source. Our view: More bad news for Jones as 2023 just seems to be a lost season for the veteran back. On Thanksgiving against the Lions, we'll see AJ Dillon as the lead back. Perhaps Jones can get back on the field in Week 13, but this injury could keep him out of action for a few weeks. [Back to Top](#top) [] 5. NO: Michael Thomas headed to IR [Source: WWL-TV - Brooke Kirchhofer](=) New Orleans Saints WR Michael Thomas (knee) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list on Tuesday, Nov. 21. Our view: Tough news for Thomas and the Saints. We expect Chris Olave and Rashid Shaheed to see most of the WR work. [Back to Top](#top) [] 6. PIT: Kenny Pickett still the starter [Source: ESPN - Brooke Pryor]( Pittsburgh Steelers QB Kenny Pickett will remain the starting quarterback, according to head coach Mike Tomlin. Our view: The Steelers fired OC Matt Canada because their offense was abysmal. Pickett is running the show, but the team felt the responsibility for the lackluster offense fell on the shoulders of Canada. We'll see if Pickett starts to play better and flourish as the starter. The former first-round pick has flashed only just a bit during his pro career, and he needs to show more in order for the team to have faith they can continue building around him. [[youtube]]()[[podcast]]([[spotify]](=) [] 7. MIA: Salvon Ahmed headed to IR [Source: The Miami Herald - Barry Jackson](=) Miami Dolphins RB Salvon Ahmed (foot) was placed on the Reserve/Injured list on Tuesday, Nov. 21. WR Robbie Chosen was signed off the practice squad to replace him on the roster. Our view: The backfield in Miami is quite banged up as Ahmed joins RB Chris Brooks on Injured Reserve. Dolphins rookie RB De'Von Achane (knee) is considered day-to-day because of his knee injury and has not been ruled out of the Week 12 game, according to head coach Mike McDaniel. Raheem Mostert is the lead back, but behind him is a question mark at this time with Jeff Wilson and Achane. [Back to Top](#top) [] 8. BAL: Mark Andrews goes under the knife [Source: NFL Network - Mike Garafolo]( Baltimore Ravens TE Mark Andrews (ankle) underwent surgery on his injured ankle on Tuesday, Nov. 21. Our view: Andrews is likely done for the season, but there is hope he could return at some point in the playoffs. The Ravens will move forward with Isaiah Likely and Charlie Kolar splitting time at the tight end position. [Back to Top](#top) [] 9. GB: Luke Musgrave admitted to hospital [Source: Milwaukee Journal Sentinel - Tom Silverstein]() Green Bay Packers TE Luke Musgrave (abdomen) is currently in the hospital on Tuesday, Nov. 21, after suffering a 'pretty serious abdominal injury' in Week 11 against the Los Angeles Chargers, according to head coach Matt LaFleur. Our view: Best wishes to Musgrave here. We'll update as we know more. [Back to Top](#top) The best things sent in the Footballguys Group Chat today: - 🎤 Hot mic! CHI: Khalil Herbert leads backfield in return [Source: ESPN]() Chicago Bears RB Khalil Herbert played 32 of the team's 75 offensive snaps in Week 11 against the Detroit Lions, leading the team's running backs at 43 percent of the plays. Our view: Herbert rushed 16 times for 35 yards in the Bears' Week 11 loss to the Lions. It's not a great line for Fantasy GMs, but looking at his snap share upon his return in Week 11 you can see the Bears prefer him to be the lead back. As he gets back to full speed, Herbert should be doing more for the Bears and Fantasy GMs who start him as a flex play with RB2 potential. [Back to Top](#top) [] 11. NYJ: Trevor Siemian joins NYJ's active roster [Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport]() New York Jets QB Trevor Siemian was signed off the practice squad and added to the active roster on Tuesday, Nov. 21. Our view: Tim Boyle is the starter for the Jets...for now. Zach Wilson has been benched, and Siemian might work his way into the mix. Siemian is the most experienced quarterback on the roster, and Boyle may not prove to be much of an upgrade over Wilson. [Back to Top](#top) That'll do it for today, Folks.
