They have helped me dominate my league to the point that I'm called the Evil Empire by my league mates" - Rick Himes @bigisland31 []Story [] 1. CLE: Further tests for Deshaun Watson [Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport](=) Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson (ankle) will undergo further tests after suffering an ankle injury against the Baltimore Ravens in Week 10, according to sources Monday, Nov. 13. Our view: Watson was spotted in a walking boot after the Browns' Week 10 win over the Ravens. He played for about a half with this ankle injury, so he should be good to go for Week 11 against the Steelers. [Back to Top](#top) [] 2. NO: Derek Carr in concussion protocol [Source: The Times-Picayune - Jeff Duncan](=) New Orleans Saints QB Derek Carr (concussion, shoulder) is in the league's concussion protocol, according to head coach Dennis Allen on Monday, Nov. 13. Also, Carr's shoulder 'checked out fine' following the Week 10 game against the Minnesota Vikings. Our view: Jameis Winston stepped in during the third quarter of the game against the Vikings on Sunday after Carr went down. The Saints have a bye in Week 11, so Carr has ample time to get through the league's concussion protocol. [Back to Top](#top) = = [] 3. CIN: Tee Higgins expected to sit again [Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter]( Cincinnati Bengals WR Tee Higgins (hamstring) is considered unlikely to play in the Week 11 game because of his hamstring injury, according to a source. Our view: Higgins did not play against the Texans, leading to more Tyler Boyd and Trenton Irwin in the passing game. We'll see what Higgins can do as the week of practice rolls on but it's looking pessimistic for this week. [Back to Top](#top) [] 4. TB: Baker Mayfield OK [Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter]() Tampa Bay Buccaneers QB Baker Mayfield (thumb) had his thumb checked out Monday, Nov. 13, and he's not expected to miss any practice time. Our view: Mayfield played through discomfort on Sunday, but he should be out there in Week 11. He may be limited on Wednesday, but there's a good chance he's a full participant to begin the week. [Back to Top](#top) [] 5. MIA: De'Von Achane at practice [Source: The Miami Herald - Daniel Oyefusi]( Miami Dolphins RB De'Von Achane (knee) is practicing Monday, Nov. 13. Our view: A note Fantasy GMs need to monitor here. Achane should be returning in the near future for the Dolphins. When he does, the rookie speedster can make big plays happen time and time again. There is a chance he's going to be out there in Week 11 against the Raiders. [Back to Top](#top) [] 6. NE: Pats could make QB change? [Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport]() New England Patriots QB Mac Jones could be relegated to the bench after he was pulled late in Week 10. Head coach Bill Belichick said they would look at everything for next week. Our view: The Patriots have a bye in Week 11, and they may have a different starter when they get back to the playing field. Jones was benched for Bailey Zappe, but neither quarterback is a great starting option. NE: Rhamondre Stevenson update [Source: ESPN.com - Jeremy Fowler](=) New England Patriots RB Rhamondre Stevenson (back) isn't considered to be dealing with a serious injury as test results came back negative, according to sources Monday, Nov. 13. Our view: Good thing the Patriots have a bye in Week 11. That means Stevenson gets more time for rest. No matter who starts at quarterback, expect the Patriots to lean on their rushing attack going forward. [Back to Top](#top) [] 8. MIN: Myles Gaskin signs with Vikes [Source: ESPN - Adam Schefter]( Free-agent RB Myles Gaskin (Rams) was signed to the Minnesota Vikings' practice squad Monday, Nov. 13. Our view: Gaskin knows the wide-zone concepts used by the Vikings because that's what they do with the Rams (and the Dolphins). He'd be able to step in and play a large role if needed. The Vikings have Ty Chandler as their lead back with Alexander Mattison banged up. Let's see if Gaskin can work into the mix. [Back to Top](#top) [] 9. MIA: Raheem Mostert out of practice [Source: The Miami Herald - Daniel Oyefusi]( Miami Dolphins RB Raheem Mostert (ankle) is out of practice Monday, Nov. 13. Our view: Mostert might need some rest, even though the team is coming off their Week 10 bye. Let's see what he can do the rest of the week. Rookie RB De'Von Achane is practicing, and he could be out there in a 50-50 RBBC with Mostert in Week 11. [Back to Top](#top) [] 10. MIN: Alexander Mattison in protocol [Source: NFL.com]() Minnesota Vikings RB Alexander Mattison (concussion) is going through the concussion protocol after being injured in Week 10. Our view: We'll watch this one for you this week. [Back to Top](#top) That'll do it for today, Folks. Thanks for reading and thanks for being part of the Footballguys Family.
