â [] 1. LAC: Austin Ekeler practices in full [Source: Chargers.com]() Los Angeles Chargers RB Austin Ekeler (ankle) was a full participant in practice on Thursday, Oct. 12. Our view: Fingers crossed he stays on this path and we see him on the field. [Back to Top](#top) [] 2. DET: Sam LaPorta added to injury report [Source: DetroitLions.com]() Detroit Lions TE Sam LaPorta (calf) did not participate in practice Thursday, Oct. 12. Our view: The injury hits keep rolling. Hopefully we'll have more clarity on this Friday but we don't like this at all. [Back to Top](#top) =

â [] 3. NYG: Daniel Jones sitting out again Thursday [Source: Around The NFL](=) New York Giants QB Daniel Jones (neck) was absent from practice for a second consecutive day on Thursday, Oct. 12. Our view: The Giants play on Sunday night against the Bills. We might see Tyrod Taylor against his old team if Jones can't play. Check back Friday to see if Jones can at least be limited in practice. [Back to Top](#top) [] 4. CLE: Deshaun Watson a no-go again on Thursday [Source: The Cleveland Plain Dealer - Mary Kay Cabot]( Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson (shoulder) did not participate in practice again on Thursday, Oct. 12. Our view: Watson doesn't seem like he's going to play in Week 6. That means PJ Walker is going to get the start for Cleveland. [Back to Top](#top) [] 5. NYG: Darren Waller back on field [Source: Sirius XM NFL Radio - Adam Caplan]( New York Giants TE Darren Waller (groin) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 12. Our view: We had a scare yesterday but it was great to see him work on Thursday. Even if limited. Check to see what he's able to do Friday. [Back to Top](#top) [] 6. CLE: Jerome Ford expected to play [Source: The Cleveland Plain Dealer - Mary Kay Cabot]() Cleveland Browns RB Jerome Ford (knee) is expected to play against the San Francisco 49ers despite being limited with a knee injury, according to offensive coordinator Alex Van Pelt on Thursday, Oct. 12. Our view: Ford should lead the way with Kareem Hunt behind him (and Pierre Strong) in the Browns backfield. Against the 49ers in Week 6, we can't recommend Browns players for much of anything in Week 6. Ford is an RB2/flex or just straight flex play for Fantasy GMs on Sunday. [Back to Top](#top) [] 7. MIA: Jeff Wilson looks ready to play [Source: The Miami Herald - Daniel Oyefusi]( Miami Dolphins RB Jeff Wilson Jr. (fingers, ribs) looks ready to play, according to offensive coordinator Frank Smith on Thursday, Oct. 12. Wilson was designated to return from the Reserve/Injured list this week. Our view: Raheem Mostert is the starter for the Dolphins, but without De'Von Achane for about a month, we'll have to see who emerges behind him. Wilson could move his way up the depth chart as he competes with guys like Salvon Ahmed and Chris Brooks for touches behind Mostert. DET: Amon-Ra St. Brown fully practices [Source: DetroitLions.com]() Detroit Lions WR Amon-Ra St. Brown (abdomen) fully participated in practice Thursday, Oct. 12. Our view: Great news here. Let's hope he's able to work Friday as well. [Back to Top](#top) [] 9. NYG: Limited practice for Saquon Barkley [Source: Sirius XM NFL Radio - Adam Caplan]( New York Giants RB Saquon Barkley (ankle) was limited during practice Thursday, Oct. 12. Our view: Limited is better than nothing. Let's hope he's able to do more on Friday. [Back to Top](#top) [] 10. ARI: Marquise Brown back to work [Source: AZCardinals.com - Darren Urban]() Arizona Cardinals WR Marquise Brown (illness) returned to practice on Thursday, Oct. 12. Our view: Brown was out of action on Wednesday. Now he's back and should be good for Week 6 against the Rams. Fantasy GMs should consider Brown a WR2/flex option. [Back to Top](#top) [] 11. HOU: Noah Brown inching closer to return [Source: KPRC.com - Aaron Wilson]() Houston Texans WR Noah Brown (groin) was designated for return from the Reserve/Injured list on Thursday, Oct. 12. Our view: Brown hasn't been in action since injuring his groin in Week 1 against the Ravens. Upon his return (perhaps as soon as this week), Brown will try and find a spot in the mix behind guys like Nico Collins and Tank Dell. [Back to Top](#top) [] 12. TB: Mike Evans gets some work in Thursday [Source: Buccaneers.com]() Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Evans (hamstring) was upgraded to a limited practice on Thursday, Oct. 12. Our view: We never like to see hamstring injuries for WRs but let's see what he's able to do Friday. [Back to Top](#top) [] 13. BAL: Odell Beckham Jr.'s ankle feeling better [Source: ESPN.com - Jamison Hensley]() Baltimore Ravens WR Odell Beckham Jr. (ankle) told reporters that his injured ankle is feeling much better ahead of the team's Week 6 in London against the Tennessee Titans. Our view: Let's see it before we believe it. Beckham is a super deep 'what the heck' flex in Week 6 against the Titans. [Back to Top](#top) That'll do it for today, Folks.
