BAL: Odell Beckham ruled out [Source: Sirius XM NFL Radio - Adam Caplan]( Updating a previous report, Baltimore Ravens WR Odell Beckham Jr. (ankle) did not participate in practice Friday, Sept. 29, and has been ruled out for Week 4. Our view: Nelson Agholor should get another start this week. With Rashod Bateman also banged up, Agholor, Zay Flowers, and Mark Andrews should have larger target shares, and #2 tight end Isaiah Likely could also see more balls coming his way. [Back to Top](#top) [] 2. IND: Jonathan Taylor looks ready [Source: ESPN.com - Stephen Holder](=) Indianapolis Colts RB Jonathan Taylor (ankle) looks great and appears ready to return, according to sources. 'He looks great. And I can't wait to actually physically get a chance to work with him, see him move around, see that speed and feel that speed,' Colts running backs coach DeAndre Smith said. Our view: Whether it's with the Colts or a team that trades for (and is willing to pay) Taylor, he should be in action in Week 5 or soon after. The buy low window is closing on Taylor as is the sell high window for a resurgent Zack Moss. The first place Colts face the tough Titans run defense in Week 5. [Back to Top](#top) = = [] 3. JAX: Zay Jones ruled out for Week 4 [Source: Jacksonville.com - Demetrius Harvey](=) Jacksonville Jaguars WR Zay Jones (knee) was ruled out for the Week 4 game against the Atlanta Falcons on Friday, Sept. 29. Our view: Calvin Ridley will likely be tied up with former teammate AJ Terrell for much of the game, so this sets up for a big game from Christian Kirk and Evan Engram. Jamal Agnew will serve as the third receiver as long as he can play with the quad injury that has him listed as questionable. If not, Tim Jones will serve as the #3. [Back to Top](#top) [] 4. CIN: Joe Burrow not on injury report [Source: Bengals.com]() Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow (calf) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 29, and is not on the injury report. Our view: Burrow being removed from the injury report creates some hope that his calf injury is improving despite him playing on it and admitting it had gotten worse earlier in the season. With the soft Titans pass defense up, Burrow might actually deserve a spot in your lineup this week. [Back to Top](#top) [] 5. NYG: Andrew Thomas not practicing Friday [Source: The Athletic - Dan Duggan]() New York Giants OT Andrew Thomas (hamstring) will not practice Friday, Sept. 29, after being a limited participant Thursday. Our view: We'll be watching the injury report tomorrow to see if the Giants will have their best offensive lineman for the Monday night game against the Seahawks (and Saquon Barkley's status). The Giants offense has only really clicked for one half so far this season. [Back to Top](#top) [] 6. LAC: RB Austin Ekeler listed as doubtful [Source: Chargers.com]( Los Angeles Chargers C Corey Linsley (illness) did not practice all week and has been ruled out for Week 4 versus the Las Vegas Raiders. CB Deane Leonard (hamstring) and S JT Woods (undisclosed) did not practice on Friday, Sept. 29, and have also been ruled out. S Derwin James (hamstring) did not practice all week and is listed as doubtful. RB Austin Ekeler (ankle) was limited in practice all week and is also listed as doubtful. DE Joey Bosa (hamstring, toe) did not practice all week but is listed as questionable. S Alohi Gilman (heel) was upgraded to limited practice on Friday and is also listed as questionable. TE Gerald Everett (illness), LB Eric Kendricks (hamstring), LB Kenneth Murray (groin) and OT Rashawn Slater (ankle) practiced in full on Friday and no longer appear on the injury report. Our view: Looks like another week without Ekeler. [Back to Top](#top) [] 7. CLE: Deshaun Watson questionable in Week 4 [Source: The Athletic - Zac Jackson]() Cleveland Browns QB Deshaun Watson (shoulder) is listed as questionable on the final Week 4 injury report Friday, Sept. 29. Our view: Watson said he'll play, but you have to wonder how effective he'll be. Jerome Ford is set up for a big workload with Watson's throwing shoulder ailing from a hit he took as a runner. [Back to Top](#top) [] 8. IND: Anthony Richardson not on injury report [Source: Colts.com]() Indianapolis Colts QB Anthony Richardson (concussion) fully participated in practice Friday, Sept. 29, and is not on the injury report for Week 4. Our view: Great news for Richardson and the Colts here. [Back to Top](#top) [] 9. LAR: Tyler Higbee financials [Source: NFL Network - Ian Rapoport]() Updating a previous report, Los Angeles Rams TE Tyler Higbee reportedly agreed to terms on a two-year contract extension worth $27 million - including $17 million guaranteed - on Friday, Sept. 29. The deal, which will keep Higbee tied to the team through the end of the 2025 season, is reportedly could be worth a maximum of $30.5 million after incentives. Our view: Higbee has been a hit for the Rams since they took him in the fourth round back in 2016. He could be one of the few holdovers left from the Super Bowl team by the time he plays out the end of this extension. [Back to Top](#top) [] 10. BAL: Baltimore's Week 4 injury report [Source: BaltimoreRavens.com](=) Baltimore Ravens WR Rashod Bateman (hamstring), WR Odell Beckham Jr. (ankle), CB Marlon Humphrey (foot), LB David Ojabo (ankle, knee) and LB Odafe Oweh (ankle) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 4 versus the Cleveland Browns. OT Ronnie Stanley (knee) did not practice on Friday, Sept. 29, and is listed as doubtful. C Tyler Linderbaum (ankle) was limited in practice all week and is listed as questionable. S Kyle Hamilton (back), RB Justice Hill (foot) and S Marcus Williams (pectoral) practiced in full on Friday but are also listed as questionable. RB Gus Edwards (concussion) practiced in full all week and has been removed from the injury report. Our view: Edwards should get the start, but Cleveland's defense is stout and the Ravens running game may struggle to move the ball, especially with their best offensive lineman doubtful and their center questionable. The Ravens offense will be missing two of their best edge rushers and their best corner. [Back to Top](#top) [] 11. CAR: Week 4 injury report for Carolina [Source: Panthers.com]( Carolina Panthers S Xavier Woods (hamstring) did not practice and was ruled out on the final Week 4 injury report Friday, Sept. 29. RB Miles Sanders (groin) did not practice Friday and is listed as questionable. LB Frankie Luvu (hip) and WR Jonathan Mingo (concussion) were limited participants and are listed as questionable. WR DJ Chark Jr. (hamstring), OT Taylor Moton (ankle), CB CJ Henderson (ankle), G Chandler Zavala (calf), C Bradley Bozeman (quad), QB Bryce Young (ankle), and DE LaBryan Ray (finger) were full participants at practice and carry no injury designations. Our view: Frank Reich said he was optimistic that Sanders would play vs. the Vikings, but check back on Sunday. Chuba Hubbard would get the start if Sanders can't go. If Mingo is inactive, Terrace Marshall would get more work in three wide sets. Luvu's injury could free up more playing time for Deion Jones if his hip injury keeps him out on Sunday. [Back to Top](#top) [] 12. KC: Kansas City's Week 4 injury report [Source: Chiefs.com](=) Kansas City Chiefs LB Nick Bolton (ankle) and CB Jaylen Watson (shoulder) did not practice on Friday, Sept. 29, and have been ruled out for Week 4 against the New York Jets. DE Chris Jones (groin) and WR Kadarius Toney (toe) were limited in practice all week but no longer appear on the injury report. TE Noah Gray (illness), S Mike Edwards (bicep), QB Patrick Mahomes (ankle), S Bryan Cook (elbow), LB Willie Gay (quad), CB Nic Jones (hand), RB Isiah Pacheco (abdomen), OT Donovan Smith (rib), CB L'Jarius Sneed (knee) and WR Justin Watson practiced in full on Friday and have also been removed the injury report. Our view: Toney is off of the injury report, so he should play more than the two snaps he saw last week, but he's still on our benches, if he's even on a fantasy roster in your league right now. Rashee Rice could be a good play this week as the team's best zone beater vs. the Jets. [Back to Top](#top) [] 13. JAX: Jacksonville's Week 4 injury report [Source: Pro Football Network - Adam Caplan]( Jacksonville Jaguars WR Zay Jones (knee) and LB Devin Lloyd (thumb) did not practice all week and have been ruled out for Week 4 versus the Atlanta Falcons. S Antonio X. Johnson (hamstring) was limited in practice all week but has also been ruled out. OT Anton Harrison (ankle) and DL Folorunso Fatukasi (shoulder) were limited in practice all week and are listed as questionable. WR Jamal Agnew (quad) was limited in practice for a second consecutive day on Friday, Sept. 29, and is also listed as questionable. LB Joshua Allen (shoulder) and S Andrew Wingard (shoulder) were upgraded to full practice on Friday and have been removed from the injury report. Our view: Chad Muma will get the start in place of Lloyd and should be in IDP lineups. [Back to Top](#top) [] 14. TEN: Treylon Burks will not play in Week 4 [Source: TennesseeTitans.com - Jim Wyatt]( Tennessee Titans WR Treylon Burks (knee) did not practice for a second straight day on Friday, Sept. 29, and has been ruled out for Week 4 versus the Cincinnati Bengals. Our view: Nick Westbrook-Ikhene's role will grow the most in light of this injury, but DeAndre Hopkins and Chigoziem Okonkwo could also see another target or two with Burks out. [Back to Top](#top) [] 15. NYG: Friday's practice report for NY Giants [Source: Giants.com](=) New York Giants OT Andrew Thomas (hamstring) did not practice on Friday, Sept. 29. RB Saquon Barkley (ankle), TE Daniel Bellinger (neck), DT D.J. Davidson (elbow) and DE Azeez Ojulari (hamstring) were limited. OG Ben Bredeson (concussion) practiced in full. Our view: Barkley is on track to play if he can get in a full practice tomorrow, but if remains limited, he might be a game time decision, which is going to make lineup setting more difficult. You can wait on Barkley if you can flex him and have a Seattle or Giants receiver, or if you have Zach Charbonnet or Matt Breida if you can only play Barkley as a running back. Whether to wait on Barkley depends his status tomorrow and your other options. [Back to Top](#top) [] 16. NO: Derek Carr has a chance to play in Week 4 [Source: The Times-Picayune - Luke Johnson](=) New Orleans Saints QB Derek Carr (shoulder) is 'questionable at the moment,' according to head coach Dennis Allen. Per Allen, the team intends to see how Carr responds to practice on Friday, Sept. 29, and then make a decision if he or Jameis Winston will start in Week 4 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Our view: We are very likely to see Winston, but this is a good sign that we'll see Carr return for next week's tilt against the Patriots. Based on how Winston played last week, Carr is much better for the passing game, but the Bucs are a pass funnel offense, so Michael Thomas and Chris Olave should be good plays this week no matter who starts at quarterback. [Back to Top](#top) [] 17. ARI: Marquise Brown's Week 4 status in question [Source: ESPN.com - Josh Weinfuss]( Arizona Cardinals WR Marquise Brown (thumb) could be listed as a game-time decision for Week 4 against the San Francisco 49ers, according to comments from head coach Jonathan Gannon on Friday, Sept. 29. Our view: The Cardinals have a tough matchup against the 49ers and this is an afternoon game, so it's best to set your lineup without Brown. It's going to make it tougher for the Cardinals to move the ball, but could result in extra targets for Rondale Moore, Michael Wilson, and Zach Ertz. [Back to Top](#top) [] 18. LAR: Cooper Kupp to return to practice next week [Source: TheRams.com - Stu Jackson]() Los Angeles Rams WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring) is expected to return to practice next week, according to head coach Sean McVay. Our view: The Rams might want to let Kupp ramp up for a week or two in practice before activating him, so don't take this as news that he'll be back for the matchup with the Eagles. Puka Nacua and Tutu Atwell have seen their sell high windows slam shut on this news, but the values of both could persist if Kupp's return makes the whole offense more productive and effective. [Back to Top](#top) [] 19. DET: Jameson Williams cleared to return next week [Source: CBSSports.com - Jonathan Jones](=) Detroit Lions WR Jameson Williams will be allowed to return to the team and practice in Week 5 after the NFL announced a reduction of his six-game suspension for gambling on Friday, Sept. 29. The NFL released a memo on Friday announcing a reduction of the punishment of gambling on non-NFL games at team headquarters. Our view: The Lions wanted Williams to get more work in the preseason before he suffered a hamstring injury, so don't expect a big role right away for him. He's worth a pickup in typical leagues, but most league software doesn't allow an add of a player after his team plays in a given week. [Back to Top](#top) That'll do it for today, Folks.
