But I'm often asked where folks should play if they want to add an additional league. With a bit more of an entry fee and opportunity for a big prize. I've been doing this for 23 years at Footballguys and without question, the contest I recommend is the [NFFC-Rotowire $350 Online Championship](=). It's got the perfect balance of the right size prize pool with a $250,000 Grand Prize plus it's a reasonable number of teams so it doesn't feel like a lottery. It's run by my longtime friends Greg Ambrosius and Tom Kessenich at [the NFFC](, and they are the best in the industry. Greg offered to do this just for Footballguys Subscribers today: You can enter promo code: FBG25 for $25 off per individual team. I can't guarantee you'll win obviously. They have helped me dominate my league to the point that I'm called the Evil Empire by my league mates" - Rick Himes @bigisland31 [] 1. TB: RB Tucker Listed as No.2 [Source: JC Allen - Sports Illustrated]( Tampa Bay Buccaneers rookie RB Sean Tucker will open the season as no.2 on the depth chart behind Rachaad White. Our view: Tucker had a ton of talent coming out of college, but injury concerns caused him to fall in the draft. He's got three-down ability if White needs to miss time, so keep him on your waiver wire speed dial if you're in a league where backs are scooped up early and often. [Back to Top](#top) [] 2. DEN: Marvin Mims at full speed [Source: The Denver Post - Parker Gabriel]( Denver Broncos WR Marvin Mims (hamstrings) has 'been on a full workload for the past three weeks or so,' according to Parker Gabriel of The Denver Post. Our view: Mims was slowed down earlier this offseason with two separate hamstring injuries. As he got healthier, Mims began to do more in training camp. He has great speed, and Mims reminds some in the scouting community of former Broncos WR Emmanuel Sanders. While WR Jerry Jeudy (hamstring) is out of action for a few weeks, Mims will work with WR Courtland Sutton to establish a pecking order at the position for QB Russell Wilson. [Back to Top](#top) [] 3. IND: Carlos Washington Jr. to work out [Source: KPRC.com - Aaron Wilson]() The Indianapolis Colts will work out free-agent RB Carlos Washington Jr. (Falcons), according to a league source. Our view: Coming out of Southeastern Louisiana, Washington was added as an undrafted free agent by the Falcons earlier this year. About a week ago, the Falcons let him go and now he's looking for work. Washington is a swift runner with good patience when blocks are developing in front of him. In super crazy deep dynasty formats, we'll keep an eye on him. [Back to Top](#top) [] 4. KC: Kadarius Toney on track for Week 1 [Source: The Athletic - Nate Taylor]() Kansas City Chiefs WR Kadarius Toney (knee) is still considered day-to-day because of his knee injury, but head coach Andy Reid said Toney is on track to play in Week 1. Our view: Day-to-day shows that Toney is close to playing. We'll likely see him limited during the week of practice. The Chiefs open up the regular season on Thursday with a home game against the Detroit Lions. If he's out there, Toney has plenty of flex appeal for Fantasy GMs. [Back to Top](#top) [] 5. DET: RB Gibbs Could Be Used in Many Ways [Source: Tim Twentyman - DetroitLions.com]( Detroit Lions OC Ben Johnson has recently said, "We might use (RB Jahmyr) Gibbs in some ways that people don't quite think we might." Our view: Gibbs is a dangerous weapon that can be utilized as a runner or receiver out of the backfield. He's a blur with the ball in his hands, and Gibbs makes defenders look silly in the open field. We imagine he'll be in for a nice workload, especially in Week 1 against the high-powered Chiefs. Perhaps Johnson is hinting Gibbs could line up as a slot receiver at times (because he could). Either way, we're excited about the rookie from a fantasy perspective. [Back to Top](#top) [] 6. LAR: Rookie WR Nacua Could Contribute Early [Source: Anthony Licciardi - Sports Illustrated](=) Recently, Los Angeles Rams HC Sean McVay commented on young players who could make early contributions in 2023. "I think when you just look at our draft class in particular," started McVay. "I'm really excited about [guard] Steve Avila, [edge rusher] Byron Young, [defensive lineman] Kobie Turner, [receiver] Puka Nacua, those are guys that come to mind as guys we count on being immediate contributors for us." Our view: Nacua has been one player with the most consistent (and positive) drumbeats this offseason. He's been making plays with WR Cooper Kupp sidelined for most of training camp. Nacua should be rostered in deeper leagues and could work his way into 'what the heck flex' territory. [Back to Top](#top) That'll do it for today, Folks.
