'I've been seeing it a lot better in comparison to the spring,' Levis said. 'Obviously I've had more reps at this level now, but the eyesight is a big part of it.' Our view: Levis is there to compete as the potential future franchise quarterback for the Titans. This preseason, it looks like Malik Willis has won the primary backup job to Ryan Tannehill. Our view: Ross is a fantasy darling and ultimate 'sleeper' for many in deeper leagues. Rice is the rookie the team covets, although our own Cecil Lammey has heard that the team will be patient with the young receiver's progression. It sounds like that's the plan for both of these potential playmakers.
