[NO - Foster Moreau in remission](=) Source: Twitter New Orleans Saints TE Foster Moreau (illness) said he is in full remission from his Hodgkin's Lymphoma. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] This is great news for Moreau especially, but the Saints offense will benefit from his strong two-way game. Juwan Johnson is the fantasy-friendly tight end in this offense, and Derek Carr told Johnson to study Julian Edelman's tape, but Moreau's presence could take the top off Johnson's ceiling while raising the overall ceiling for this offense. Moreau's $12.2 million, three-year deal looked like a bargain for a player with his best football ahead of him, and it looks like the Saints faith in Moreau's getting to full remission before this season will be rewarded. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 2. [PIT - Najee Harris is elusive]() Source: NFL.com - Grant Gordon Pittsburgh Steelers RB Najee Harris has forced 160 missed tackles since 2021, which is the second-most in the NFL during that stretch, according to Pro Football Focus. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Harris dropped off a bit in this category while he played with a steel plate in his show last year, but bounced back later in the season. He's expected to be in a committee to some extent with Jaylen Warren, but could still deliver on third round fantasy draft capital if the Steelers offense takes a step forward in Kenny Pickett's second season. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 3. [SF - Kittle has healthiest offseason in years](=) Source: ESPN - Nick Wagoner Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports that TE George Kittle says he finished the season healthier than he has in years. With no nagging ankle, hamstring or other injuries to worry about, Kittle has been able work on improving rather than rehabbing an injury or surgery. Kittle said he has been working on improving his breaks in routes and catch radius. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] This is being brought up in the context of the 49ers drafting two tight ends (Cameron Latu and Brayden Willis to hopefully lighten Kittle's load), but even if Kittle plays fewer snaps and runs fewer routes to preserve him through the season, this is definitely good news regarding his 2023 outlook. His early Underdog straddles the 5th-6th round, which is a round plus discount from last year. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 4. [CAR - Bryce Young adds weight]() Source: Touchdown Alabama Carolina Panthers QB Bryce Young appeared to have bulked up in a sighting at camp June 29. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Young's small frame is going to be the source of durability concerns throughout his career, so this at least addresses that issue. Hopefully it's not at the expense of athleticism while scrambling, mobility in the pocket, and smooth mechanics as a passer. [ARI - Budda Baker will report to camp]( Source: ESPN.com According to his agent David Mulugheta, S Budda Baker will join the team for the start of training camp, but he wants a deal that shows he's a "long-term part of the team." Baker attended mandatory minicamp, but did not practice. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] The Cardinals are likely going to have two early first round picks next year (they also have Houston), and are at a crossroads with QB Kyler Murray one of the few pieces that are locked long term, and he's coming back from an ACL tear. Baker has earned a deal that resets the market, but he is signed through 2024, so the team might not want to pay top dollar for 2025, when he turns 29, and beyond. It's unlikely, but not impossible that Baker gets dealt before he gets to the end of his current contract. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 6. [CIN - Play action to help Joe Burrow?](=) Source: The Athletic - Paul Dehner Jr. Cincinnati Bengals QB Joe Burrow led the NFL with 25 batted passes and five interceptions off batted passes last year, and offensive coordinator Brian Callahan said the offense will feature more play action in 2023 in an attempt to reduce the number of batted passes. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] For comparison, #2 in batted passes had 19 and #2 in interceptions off of batted passes had two. So this is an area the Bengals can improve if they don't chalk it up to bad luck. Dehner points out (via Warren Sharp) that the Bengals used play action less than any other team last year. The hope is that more play action to keep defensive linemen from sitting back to get their hands up to disrupt the quick passing game with a more credible threat of the run via play action. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [100% Deposit Match Up To $100 At Underdog Fantasy]( --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 7. [CAR - Frank Reich talks up Terrace Marshall]( Source: Panthers.com - Augusta Stone Carolina Panthers WR Terrace Marshall Jr. has the capacity to kind of be a big-play guy,' according to head coach Frank Reich.'I think it's just a matter of him getting more play time and making those plays consistently. I think we saw that last year with the reps that he got, the catches that he had, the big plays that he had, that he shows the capacity to kind of be a big play guy. So the next step with every player is always more reps, more plays, more confidence, where it's like, 'Hey, give me the ball,'' Reich told the team's website. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Marshall has the inside path to be the #1 outside receiver with D.J. Chark recovering from offseason surgery and second-round pick Jonathan Mingo having to ascend the leap from college to the pros this summer. Marshall's prospects took off after Matt Rhule was fired, so it's possible the disappointing start to his career wasn't completely on him. Marshall is available in the very late rounds of drafts (for now) and should be a target in every format. [Back to Top](#top) --------------------------------------------------------------- [] 8. [DEN - Dulcich worked on flexibility, hydration in offseason]( Source: ESPN - Jeff Legwold Jeff Legwold, of ESPN, reports that TE Greg Dulcich said he spent weeks working on flexibility and avoiding dehydration. [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ [ FOOTBALLGUYS VIEW ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] ] Dulcich created some hype earlier this season when Sean Payton indicated his role could resemble Alvin Kamara and Darren Sproles in the Saints offense, but as Legwold points out, staying healthy is the key to Dulcich realizing his value to the Broncos (and fantasy players), no matter what his role is in the offense. Dulcich is adjusting to a new offense, so staying on the field in camp will be key to delivering on the modest 12th round pick investment needed to land him in early Underdog drafts.
